Excellent Service! Knowledgeable in the Appliance Industry. I brought my LG dryer in for a tuneup because of a screeching sound. Mr. Perez diagnosed it and fixed it for 1/3 of the price that other repair shops quoted me to have it repaired. I had to pay more as a tip just to make my conscience feel better. I highly recommend this place to have your appliance repaired. If you are looking to buy and own, there is a great selection to choose from. This establishment has many parts on hand so that customers do not have to wait to have parts ordered and delivered. LGs require special parts and ordering, however, I did not have this issue.

I can’t say enough about the quality and reliability of the appliances sold at Perez Appliance. Friendly and and dependable, Mr. Perez delivered and installed our refrigerator, looks brand new and works great. My family has been using this shop for years and have never been disappointed or dissatisfied. Thanks for being a great service to the community!

The technician was able to come the same day and within 2 hours. He was honest. Apparently a small sock had become entangled in one of the parts (not seen by us). He found the sock after taking the machine apart. Only charged us $45 for the diagnostic.

I've been a customer for over 6 yrs. Had him out to my house to fix my dryer that was over 20 yrs..it lasted another 2 yrs then had to break down n buy a new used one from his store. He delivered, installed n hauled off my old dryer. Great customer service n reasonable price

Have a Kenmore Elite refrigator and the freezer stopped working..we paid Sears for warranty they told us never need cleaning . They come out push buttons said all was good. Mr Perez pulled the back panel off was full of lint and plugged the fan. Quick repair works normal ..saved me 3k for my replacement.
