My husband and I stopped by and bought a sofa there and we love it. The prices are great and his selection is too and his friendly dog/greeter Leo will always come to welcome you. Good place for nice furniture and good prices.

Wonderful prices for quality products. We bought a tv stand that we needed same day, and we were kindly accommodated. We plan to buy from payless again for other items next time.

I have purchased a couch and a table from Payless Furniture and the price and quality were both very good. There are many selections but the owner, Tom, was quick to mention that he can order pieces in different colors or materials. Tom is a very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly person, having exactly the right type of "can do" attitude I expect of a small business owner.

Huge store with great selection of furniture and mattresses and very good prices compared to some of the other stores. They have catalogs from which to order from.

I bought a buffet/entertainment type cabinet which will be made to order! The cabinet on display was white distressed and I chose all white. It may be only 2 to 3 wks out which is must faster than other furniture we currently have on order. And it's American made, YES!!! Ericka was very nice, not pushy on the sale.

My mom purchased the blueish grey couch, when she went back to pick up the sectional it was the grey sectional pictured, Erica tried to convince her it was the same couch and refused to look at the picture my mother had to prove it was not the same sectional. Erica said it was the packaging that made it look different, when my mom took it home and took the packaging off, she knew it was not the one she bought. She proceeded to call and was yelled at by a male manager who told her he didn't need her business and hung up on her. Upon returning the wrong sectional to the store she was treated horrible by Erica yet again who still insisted it was the same sectional and followed my mother into the parking lot to argue with her. This furniture store has very poor customer service, my mother is elderly and she feels she was taken advantage of and mistreated. As can be clearly seen in the photos the two sectionals are completely different, I would tell anyone to avoid this furniture store who treats people unprofessional and takes advantage of elderly community.
