We had our Mid Century Modern 1940's dinning room chairs re upholstered and finished. They look brand new, work was very efficient and it was fun to pick out the fabric. We had a leg on one chair that was broken and even a few of the back spindles. Everything was reapaired very well. We are already starting our next project at Paul's!

Paul’s Upholstery saved my boat seat and my wallet! I brought in a torn-up seat that had definitely seen better days, and Paul worked his magic. The quality of his work is top-notch—no shortcuts, no loose ends, just solid craftsmanship. And the price? More than fair. I half expected a hidden “marine upholstery” surcharge, but Paul keeps it real. My boat looks sharp again, and I didn’t have to mortgage the hull to get it there. Highly recommended for anyone who wants quality without the sticker shock!

Paul helped me out at the last minute. I had some costume made cushions to be made and looked up on good maps, the places near me. I went to a diffente place at first (5 star uphostery), but unfortunately, they stole my down payment of $450 and never gave it back to me. Then I looked to some other places with good reviews, and Paul's Upholstery came out. A little skeptical from the first experience, I had to ask a lot of questions to Paul, and he was fine with my questions. Because of the other experience, I was running late with these cushions because they were supposed to be done on a certain date for my son's birthday. Long story short, Paul made it happen just on time, and I'm thankful I found these guys. If you're looking for a place to have your cushions made or restored and you don't know where to go, my suggestion is to go to Paul's Upholstery.

I cannot be happier. I thought I was going to have to recover 4 dining room chairs. Paul looked at them and said they just needed new strapping or support from the bottom. I considered his price very reasonable and very valuable to be able to save my dining room chairs and the fabric that was on them. His work was done timely and efficiently. And most of all, what a friendly man!

Paul's Upholstery did a beautiful job with my 2 40-year-old wingback chairs. I'm amazed at how he matched the pattern for both chairs perfectly! Not only was his price much lower than other shops I contacted, but he even offered to throw in a couple of pillows for free. Paul's a craftsman who teaches upholstery classes at Santa Ana City College.

On 3/9/24, I paid Paul's Upholstery $3,500 to have a sofa and recliner reupholstered; new fabric and cushions, the whole nine yards. Per the contract, the project was to be completed in 3 weeks. I reached out to the business, after 6 weeks, via text and emails to inquire about the status of the project. No response. We went to the physical shop on 5/14/24 to check on the status. They told us to give them another 2 weeks to finish. By the third week, I sent two emails to ask for an update. No response. I did receive a phone call about the 22nd or 23rd of May (after sending a couple of text messages), to which one of the owners verbally promised that they would have it completed within a week. That came and went, without a call, text or email. I paid the original invoice with my credit card in full. One week shy of three months since the original contract, I disputed the charges and had the credit card company reverse payment to the business. The service was not provided to me as promised. I hate to do that to a small business, but after many lost opportunities to address the situation, or at the very least, to communicate. Perhaps it did not have to get to this point if they would have at least responded to my repeated emails asking about the progress of the project or let me know if there was some sort of delay. 6/5/2024
