Sarah at Pasadena Kitchens was super helpful today. I needed a chunky closet door pull on short notice, and she sorted me out quickly and provided the hardware I needed. She also explained the advantages of the commercial washer/dryer line they supply, and I’ll def be going back there when my old appliances give up.

I bought a new Speed Queen from the owner of Pasadena Kitchens. The day before the delivery, she called to tell me that they were going to charge an extra $200 to their $70 delivery fee. I told her that Best Buy delivers for free and she said they do BB's deliveries, so I went to Howards and they delivered it for free with 2 men. They had it up the stairs, installed and took the old washer, faster than I could find cash for a tip even with my 48 stairs. Great GE washer !

Great family owned business! I was so appreciative of the friendly and also personable service I received when I ordered a dryer. Sarah said she would call me back within a few minutes and sure enough within a few minutes had a great deal on a dryer that was delivered the next day! I have been in a few times since just browsing and each time have had fun and friendly interactions. Highly recommended!

Sarah the owner of Pasadena Kitchens is amazing. We were having such a difficult time finding new kitchen cabinets to meet our budget that were of decent quality. Not only did she help us find excellent cabinets, she found a contractor too, that provided excellent work. She even helped us pick out tile that another store was selling.

We had a great experience shopping for a refrigerator at Pasadena Kitchens. Our old one had been acting up so we felt we needed to move quickly. We had been to two other appliance stores and found it frustrating. Because of the tight space for the refrigerator in our kitchen cabinetry and the restricted space between the island and the pantry it was very difficult to find a refrigerator that was not too deep, too wide, or too tall. Our sales person at PK had a software which gave you choices when you plugged in the required dimensions. She was busy when I called, but got back to me. She found a refrigerator that would work in the stainless steel finish we wanted. And she made special arrangements to pick it up at the distributor so it could be delivered on Wednesday morning which was super helpful. Another store had one that might work, but said that it would take 30 days which did not work at all. The installer arrived during the time window that had been promised. The install went well. The sales person at PK was by far the most informed and helpful of any retailer we tried. She went above and beyond to make things happen for us. I can't recommend the store highly enough.

5 stars all day for padadena kitchens! Sarah was very knowledgeable and very helpful! They helped me order the exact parts i needed for my washer. With parts aririving in just a couple days. I was able to fix my washer myself. Saving me hundreds of dollars. Pricing on brand new appliances were very good as well. I definitely recommend pasadena kitchens to my friends and family!
