Ordered two balloon bouquets for an insane price and one of the numbered balloons has already deflated only 3 hours later. Save your money and go somewhere else

I had a very positive experience with Party Town and owner, Priscilla. They did an excellent job with garland I had purchased for a baby shower. Not only did they provide a larger stand an no additional cost but Priscilla came to my home and basically put the whole thing together for me. If you want first class service and personal touch, use Party Town for your ballon and party needs!!

I ordered almost $100 in balloons and they were flat by the next day, some within just hours. Half of the ones they tried to blow up wouldn't inflate; that should have been my warning to back out.

This place is a one stop shop for all your party needs. It's amazing the selection it has. Specialty balloons that they can fill up right there individual party packets for all sorts of different Disney characters or sports or boy/girl themes. They had a whole area just for my first birthdays! Also unicorns theme items for party which I'm sure my daughter will love for her birthday party! It is a little more price then your Walmart or Target but it's a lot more specialty and has all the items to make it really special and amazing decorations.

They are usually super nice, however today I am not happy with the service. They didn't tie my specialty Mylar balloon well enough and it came off the string and flew away as soon as I got home from the picking them up. When I called to let them know, the girl didn't apologize, but offered a refund for the one balloon lost, so that is nice. The main problem is the fact that I specially ordered 2 Unicorn balloons online for my niece's birthday party tomorrow, which is in another town, and now I only have 1. I know it's a silly thing to be upset about, but I feel as though the customer service was lacking with the experience.

I've ordered from party city twice now. Once last year... and unfortunately recently a couple weeks ago. Both times ive had issues with sizing and tried to start a return. Both instances the online system has said my order number didnt exist.... this last year I contacted customer service about it. They sent me a return label supposedly... which I never received. Contacted them again.... said they woukd sent it onto another rep for a return label. No return label was ever received and is ever accesible.... so you cannot return an item via mail. Ever. So dont buy anything from them....
