I could not be any happier with the outcome of our kitchen remodel. Kitchen & Bath Plus’ attentiveness, and attention to detail are second to none. Not only are they great at what they do, they are craftsmen, artists and take so much pride in their work. The attention to detail and perfection was on display every single day. They were at my home working every day (except when we were waiting on permits). I could always call and contact them immediately. Their service is top-notch. The quality of materials are 1st class. The entire team are genuine people who truly care. Most importantly, they make sure you are 100% satisfied with their work. They are not satisfied unless you are 100% satisfied. I particularly loved the fact they are an Interior designer and a General contractor all in one. It’s a one-stop-shop so the entire process is seamless. I would refer Kitchen & Bath Plus to anyone! Sean and Kimberly Canada are so amazing to work with. Benny, James, Steve and Clark were also wonderful. They were all so polite and excellent at what they do. Kitchen & Bath Plus did a great job with our kitchen renovation. Kimberly helped us with the selection and design, from flooring to cabinetry, countertops and backsplash. Sean led the demo and installation team, keeping us informed about the work planned each week. They quickly addressed any issues encountered, and were very responsive to our questions. The entire KBPlus team was great from beginning to end. Our project expanded in scope from just a kitchen remodel to additional work throughout the house (including full house rewire, flooring and raising of a sunken living room).

Kimberley listened to our thoughts and wishes regarding the kitchen design. She worked with us and our ideas to refine the design to match our budget and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. She also assisted with flooring and paint selections for the rest of the house.

Sean kept on top of the work schedule and worked closely with vendors and city officials to keep the project on track. This was critical to the success of the project as the city implemented a new permitting and inspection process right at the start of the project and even city employees were learning this new system. Sean also went out of his way to procure the type/grade of paint we wanted to use.

Both Kimberley and Sean always responded in a professional and timely manner, whether by phone, text or email. The crew was always professional and polite.

KBPlus had an outstanding crew working on our project - Benny, James and Steve. All were very pleasant and accommodating when we stopped by to check on the progress. The job site was kept clean and they answered any questions we had. The work they did was top-notch -- reconfiguring walls, drywall (new walls and patching), new flooring throughout the main living area, baseboards/trim, install of kitchen cabinets and appliances, etc. They had to do a lot of wall repair due to the electrical rewire and you cannot tell where the walls were patched. In addition, James came up with a great solution on how to implement a hidden compartment for our use. The punch list was expertly done and in a timely manner.

KBPlus went above and beyond and addressed a few items for us that were not in the original scope of the work and we felt that they charged a fair price for this additional work.

How is this company? I have no idea…I filled out their web contact form, left a voicemail, AND texted them…I heard nothing for several days…then they texted me back to set up a, “Monday 12p 15-min discovery call”…and guess what? Yep, no call.

So, sorry that they are so busy and/or broke ALL their communication fingers!

Update:

A rep reached out to me after this review posted to apologize and offer a generous consolation, therefore I have revised my posting. Yes, we all make mistakes, but, since our remodel budget is $30,000 one could see how communication is integral and crucial in a business such as this.
