Five star service! I needed a new refrigerator and Paradise was able to help me even while I was at work. I called the store but they were busy at the time, so I got a quick response via text and I was able to give them information on what I needed and the budget I had to spend. The sales team got back to me and had two refrigerators that worked perfectly for my needs and budget. Then I was able to get next day delivery at a very reasonable price. The delivery team was very patient while I cleaned behind the old fridge and emptied it. Then they took the old one away and brought in the new refrigerator. Very helpful and professional service. I have already recommended multiple people and I will recommend any one else that is looking for hi quality appliances at great prices and service to match! Thank you Paradise Appliances!

I picked out my refrigerator on a Thursday and had it delivered and installed 24 hours later. They also removed my old refrigerator I strongly recommend Paradise Appliance to you for all of your needs. This will be my “go to” for all my future purchases.

They were great in the beginning of covering my warranty work until they had to return 4 times to fix my washer. Eventually having to take it to their store to fix. Four visits later it is fixed.
The dryer in the other hand is a different story. The heating element has burned out three times within a month. They were happy to keep coming back. Now they are telling me I need to go through Maytag to get this fixed. I was corresponding for 5 days. They finally just told me this two days before Thanksgiving and 11 guests arriving tomorrow. My house looks like a laundromat. I think they decided my broken appliances are just too much for their incompetent techs.
Never do business with Paradise Appliance. I sure wish we had not.

Every time we walked in the store, we were always getting with a big welcome. I dealt with Kathryn most of the time. Always knowledgeable about everything we would ask. Upon delivery today, the gentlemen were very polite, and worked fast and hard. I would recommend this business. The prices are very good.

I contacted Kathryn last weekend asking the important questions. Went down to the store today and the prices were better than I expected so instead of getting just a washer I got the set. The 12 months same as cash option was unbelievable. Set up delivery along with removal of the old washer and dryer cheaper than I could get rid of them myself. Thank you Kathryn for the help.
