OTR Truckers!
Tricky place for delivery, don’t pull at the parking in front of the store. Ask for instructions as you need to turn to the street right and back on the blind side! People there will help you. Guys are good but be aware of the lady, she is not so polite! Quick offload!

Pulled up on Friday 19 April at 245pm to pick an item , after calling a couple of hours prior to see if they had what we wanted and we said we would be there before they closed to pick up When we arrived the place was closed then a guy got out of his truck walked over looked at us when straight in the shop and locked the door . He didn’t even ask if he could help us. So beware of there stated times of closing because it says 330pm not 245pm. So thanks for wasting our time of driving there from 40mins away !

MANAGER CHARLES ! The worst customer service I have seen. I watched people walk out because of his mouth and attitude towards people. I don’t know how they stay in business with him treating people the way he does! Find another place to get your things

Walked in and was immediately met with "Hey what are you doing in here, you can't be in the store. Not sure if the guy at the cash register understands what a business is and that buildings selling things for profit generally let customers in the door during hours of operation. I couldn't help but think that maybe he was doing something wrong by his reaction to someone looking to buy something. I then began to show him a nut and bolt I was looking for and without even a look he says, "I can't help you with that." There are better people and better service in the area. Don't buy from these folks.

You can search the whole southeast and you are not going to find a better and more professional person than Bill Dozier to do business with. Quality products, great prices, and friendly service in an unbeatable location. Easy entrance and exit, quick in and out.

Manager was a freaking jerk I needed a few specialty screws he pretty much told me I was taking all of his time. And he really didn’t do that do And pretty much rushed me out the worst experience I have ever had from trying to purchase something from a store never never will return and will tell everyone about my experience there if it would let me pick 0 stars I would
