After shopping many furniture stores in the Cape Coral / Fort Myers area, Palm Casual was the best overall experience. Their prices were far more reasonable than any of the others. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable with no pressure to buy now.

I did not like the ottoman and side table that went with the set. They suggest a great local carver to make something more personal for us.

I will absolutely return for our next outdoor furniture purchase and only recommend them to our family and friends

There are many brands, models and colors to choose from and Kyle took the time to explain everything to us and made our selections easy. The whole experience was excellent. Kyle was so incredibly knowledgeable about all of the different choices, styles and materials. He was a huge help. We narrowed it down to exactly what we wanted and he took our order later over the phone. Since they build everything when you order it, it took two weeks. When it arrived, they gave us a call and two hours later the delivery guys had come out and set up our beautiful furniture. I highly recommend this place even if you’re just trying to figure out what’s best for your situation.

I am so pleased with the excellent customer service of Palm Casual. We purchased a table with chairs over a year ago. After moving it to our new home after Hurricane Ian, we had an issue and the staff at Palm Casual provided amazing assistance to help us restore our glass top table. Palm Casual has very good quality furniture and it’s reasonable. It’s not junk that has to be replaced in a year or two. My experience was with Kyle when I bought my pool deck furniture. He was very helpful and patient. The fire pit that matched my furniture was not readily available and Kyle gave me a loner to use. My most recent experience with Kyle was to replace some seat cushions on my dock furniture that had blown away during a storm. I brought in a cushion that I still had and he immediately knew the color I needed. My two missing cushions were ready for pick up in a week. They are very accommodating.
