Horrible customer service. After visiting the store, we were very excited about the prospects of a home visit to determine the next steps and even took home a couple floor samples to ponder colors. Vinyl flooring, carpet and other work was discussed but no one ever came or called to cancel the appointment. Several days passed before I took the samples back to the store and expressed my dissatisfaction with the lack of customer service. It truly didn’t seem as if we mattered. I will not recommend this business to the many homeowners I currently know looking for flooring projects and have since taken my business elsewhere.

Thanks Fred, Dave & Rick for a fabulous experience. Fred is a top notch salesman. Showed us all the different options available, came to our home to measure when he said he would & explained the warranties & how to properly maintain the wooden floor. Dave & Rick did a fabulous job on installation. Very professional, did a great job installing both the hard floors & the carpet & moving the furniture. Just an awesome experience from start to finish. Have already referred others to this great company & will continue to do so. So, if you need flooring, check with Fred. Will not steer you wrong.

Brian was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Ordered the carpet for us and seven days later they came to install it. The installers were awesome they did a great professional job. They took their time and had a "I care attitude". I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. We have had a positive experience with this company.

These guys are AWESOME! Dave and Wes are superstars. The team at Palatka Flooring extends uncompromised customer service. From the moment they answered our first phone call to them, we knew they were different. The team acknowledged our needs, were down to earth, funny and pleasant. They appreciated the opportunity to earn our business and we greatly appreciate that sentiment. Further, they made arrangements to complete our 1400 sq. ft. home flooring with minimal notice to support us through a home appraisal (a property undergoing renovations). We don't know how they made it happen, but they did. The job was done professionally with quality materials, makes an immediate, significant, aesthetically pleasing, functional impact to our home and was more than competitively priced. We had just signed on a home in Palatka and wanted to have a room re-floored and thought let’s try a local business instead of the big name companies. Very glad we did, walked in and were not immediately pressured by a sales representative. Looked around then was approached by David Barnes and instantly treated like we have lived in Palatka all our lives! We looked at many different types of flooring and never pressured to buy what they thought was best, this is very important in deciding who we buy from!
The job from start to finish was done professionally and looks great. We will definitely use Palatka Flooring Center again and will recommend them to anyone wanting quality service with a personal feel!

We just moved here (bought a house) and wanted to freshen up the look with new flooring. We love our "small town" community. We really wanted to shop locally, but were a bit skeptical due to the fact that a lot of smaller business are much more expensive. Well, the prices here are wonderful!
But, even more than that, this is a family run business: Grandpa, then Dad, and now, Son. The service was top-notch! So professional, yet friendly. FAST and efficient.
The men who installed our 3 rooms of carpet/laminate worked non-stop and did a fantastic job. My hubby is an engineer, so he demands perfection and, yes, we got it!. We WILL be back! Highly Recommend!

I price checked several businesses nearby for cost comparison. While prices were comparable, the service was most definitely not. The people at Palatka flooring seemed to care about my business, and were not only patient and helpful with the selection process, they were out within a week to do the job. The men laying the flooring were professional and efficient, and did an absolute beautiful job. It looks like a different home!!
