We bought a sofa from Pala Brothers. Their salesperson (Lori) was very knowledgable and detailed - if she didn't know the answer, she said so and went to get the answer. The response to questions were prompt and detailed. Parking is on the building's side or out back. There is a wide selection of furniture on the floor. They are great with lending samples. Their prices were the best we could find - they have fair prices for high end furniture. Worth making the trip from PA - for reasons more than sales tax.

Always pleasant to walk into Pala Brothers. Decades after I first shopped here for my first home in Delaware, I still find their selection of quality furniture and professional staffing a joy to visit. People need to come here as an alternative to their other 'usual' stores and become familiar with quality furniture and service.

This is our favorite furniture in the Wilmington area! It's a family owned business. They sell loads of fabulous, high quality, American-made furniture. They are friendly a nd welcoming from the minute you walk into their showroom and through the whole purchase and delivery process. They provide incredible, personalized service.

They have a great variety of high quality furniture. Staff was friendly and helpful. My salesperson was very patient and helpful. She was able to ask questions so that she could offer options and show me potential furniture pieces to choose from. Overall so far my experience has been very positive

We have been purchasing furniture for a long time; what sets this furniture store apart from all the others is the owners. Lori and Michael have been so patient and accommodating. They really understand the customer's needs and Lori is excellent with design choices and color. The store is much larger than it appears on the outside and they have a huge selection of high quality furniture.
