I have been shopping at Pacific Sales in Valencia, CA, for over 15 years, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience each time. All the appliances, plumbing fixtures, hardware and the TV's (yes, the used to have an entertainment section as well) has exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and features.

We purchased new kitchen appliances for our kitchen remodel project. The appliance Sales Professional, Eddie Michel was extremely helpful, professional and polite. He worked with my wife and interior decorator to select the stove, oven, hood, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher that was right for us. He also encouraged us to open a Best Buy Visa card because with the points earned we were able to get the custom hood for free, which would have cost me $1,200. I highly recommend Pacific Sales.

We purchased a refrigerator, and Dishwasher in September 10, 2024. Upon purchasing our sales consultant expressed that installation was an added charge and that an expensive refrigerator/dishwasher combo did not come with it own water line and power supply. That was a lie. They said that installation was not part of the deal and if you look at the contract it says that basic installation is included. The appliances were delivered but were not installed. When contacting geek squad they sent two separate people out and they didn't service build-in refrigerators, the third guy anchored and aligned the refrigerator but forgot to plug-it in. So we are going on the fifth attempt to try and get the refrigerator installed. Its now become a frustrating joke.

Armando and Pacific Sales are truly the best. I bought all of my fixtures for my home remodel here. He is a genius with all things plumbing and knows all of the brands, can make recommendations and if ever we ran into an issue (tub was damaged during shipping), he was immediately on it with the supplier and had a replacement put on a rush order. It’s like having a concierge vs arguing with Home Depot or Amazon customer service when you’re in the middle of a remodel. You can’t even compare and I’d never shop elsewhere for my fixtures.

The other sales people I chatted with were equally as knowledgeable. They have a great selection of appliances.
