Penny gave us wonderful customer service without pressure. We had many questions and took two weeks to make a decision but once we did she processed it and we had our gorgeous furniture with a few days delivered. They have a large selection of outdoor furniture to choose from.

Pacific Patio is a phenomenal store. My husband and poodle went in yesterday and I was in awe of the wonderful service. From immediately being greeted to having Judy guide us through what can usually feel like an overwhelming experience that instead turned into a very fun and relaxing one.

Judy Bosch is a doll; she's honest, thoughtful, and has incredibly good taste. She offers a great selection of high-quality furniture and was not shy about letting you know if she didn't feel a piece was the right match for you.

On top of all this goodness, this store is FUN! They were gracious enough to let my poodle explore the store and even rewarded her with cookies. Their kindness resulted in my poodle trying to work for them behind the counters.

I love this store; my family cannot wait to come back as soon as possible to purchase more amazing pieces for our home.

I dealt with Jennifer at Pacific Patio…She took good care of me and made the shopping experience enjoyable, hard to believe, i know, but she definitely knows her stuff. The warehouse delivery guys couldn’t have been nicer.
All in all my patio furniture shopping was a positive experience and I recommend Pacific Patio Furniture to everyone

My old patio furniture had begun to disintegrate from the sun and it was time to buy something new. My mother had bought her patio furniture from Pacific Patio and recommended that I look at the store. I walked into the Agoura Hills showroom, and was impressed by what I saw. I met Jennifer and she asked me several questions about what I had and what I wanted. She listened to me, and showed me several options that answered her questions and my needs. Jennifer showed me color choices and let me think on them. On my second visit to the showroom, I confirmed my color choices and ordered my new furniture. I'm so happy with my selection! My new furniture was delivered this week and looks better than I could have imagined! Should I want to buy more patio furniture, Pacific Patio will be my only destination.

Excellent experience! The staff are polite and respectful. Everyone is deeply knowledgeable. By far the best selection and options in the area (we live 15 miles from here). Prices are excellent and in keeping with the high quality of the products, but not overpriced. The floor space is covered with awesome options in many styles. We had such a good experience here! Highly recommended.

We went to Pacific Patio in Agoura and were greeted by Penny Dos Santos. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us put things together . She goes out of her way to make sure everything will work in our yard.she was on top of everything. When more things came in she called us. Everyone in the store was very friendly including the owner Theresa.What I liked about this store is they have diversity with all different styles and brands. Penny always made sure that when something came in she would call us.we enjoyed our shopping experience !!!!!! Penny and her staff were wonderful.
