It cost me $110 to try to work with this company. I placed an order, needed to make some changes, which they were unable to help me with. Because it was an item not in stock they were going to charge me for shipping. (Shipping is free on online stores and with big box stores.) I decided not to purchase this item through them. I also paid for a faucet, including extra shipping costs, but changed my mind and wanted to purchase a different faucet. They were unable to help me. I am unsure if it had been shipped yet, however, I was charged 30% for restocking and had to pay for return shipping also. Bottom line, trying to work with them cost me $110. I could have worked with any online or big box store without any shipping costs or return penalties. They have definitely lost my business for future purchases. Just be very careful and shop around.

While they do have a showroom, it still makes it difficult to know what a fixture will look like after it is installed. Since they do refuse returns, you'd be much better of at one of the Big Box stores, or Amazon. Too bad their business plan does not include customer satisfaction.

Two parts to this business, showroom and parts department. Folks in the showroom are friendly and go out of their way to help. Parts department seems to have whatever your looking for but seemed more geared to industry professionals and can be curt and sometimes come across rather rude. Parts seem to be better quality than the big box stores.

I had visited the plumbing part of this business several times over the years and felt the service was so poor I wrote a negative review. But I needed a specialized part so went in again, and I'm glad I did. The vibe was friendly and helpful. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Despite the fact that I bought a (for me) high-end tub from them, the guy in the plumbing department seemed unfriendly and put out that I wanted to buy the drain assembly to install it. On an earlier visit they seemed uninterested and unhelpful and I had to solve my problem at Home Depot. Maybe they only want to cater to pros? Sheesh!

We recently went in this store to purchase some items for our kitchen remodel. The products are beautiful and priced accordingly. After we bought the items we was told it would take 3 weeks before we get it, we were ok with that....so we waited 3 weeks and we did not hear from Lucy the Office Manager. We gave it a few more days and still no call, so i took it upon myself to call them. I was told Lucy was on the phone but the man promised me he would give her the message and she would call me back. NOPE she did not...so the next day i tried again and got the say response. One about the 5th call i spoke to a man named Mike he was the one that told me most of our items was in except the sink...now that was the most important item because we was putting in Granite...well the (JW WOOD) had to all the company and have it sent up after a few more days we was able to finally pick up our order, no thanks to Lucy, in our minds she does not follow through or perhaps we didnt spend enough money....all i know is we will not shop there anymore because of her lack of consideration

The guys at JW Woods just saved Thanksgiving!! Of course my kitchen faucet starts leaking the week before Thanksgiving. The faucet is under warrantee but the parts won't arrive for FIVE WEEKS!!! I called all over town and the exact part was nowhere to be found. But the guys at JW Woods suggested that I bring the offending leaking part to their office & see what they could do. HALLELUJAH they found it!!! Let the cooking commence!! ❤️ ? ❤️
