Jocelyn was very knowledgeable on the use of my equipment. She was very easygoing and explained everything in very simple terms for me so that I had absolutely no trouble getting started once I was home! The entire staff is just wonderful! I was greeted with all smiles and hellos. Just an overall great experience.

I was difficult to fit to a mask. Jocelyn was very patient with me and worked through her lunch hour to get me fitted and to load the app onto my phone and to train me to a satisfactory point. I would highly recommend her work to anyone.
