Glenn and his crew are fantastic. They're kind, courteous, helpful. Quick transaction while still friendly. They even helped load and unload all the items we rented. They're a very rare gem these days. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I'd happily give them a sixth star if I could.

Second time using their rentals and will keep using them! Glenn was very responsive and helpful, he made the process fast and easy. Last minute planning first time mom and I was so happy when they were able to accommodate my sons first birthday. Travis loaded all the chairs very nicely and organized. He was also quick at loading and unloading.

The rental here was very easy. It took less than 5 minutes to pick up and less than 5 minutes to drop off. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because I didn't get a receipt saying they received my drop off in good condition. Other than that it was a smooth experience.

This is the second time that I used this service and I have been blown away on both occasions! The staff is friendly and efficient an the products are well maintained and useful. They have a great selection of products (I have rented for an elaborate baby shower and an untimely wake) that really enhance the quality of your events. The owner is extremely approachable and flexible. He was a great help to my family when we needed it. This is the only party rental service that I will use in the Orlando area. Great job guys!!!
