Great experience from beginning to end. Matthew was very professional. He routinely dropped in to check on the progress. The contractors hired to build my shower are British gentleman. Martin Woody and Todd. They were very charming professional and knowledgeable. They worked around my autistic children which wasn't easy but they were kind to my children. They also worked around my two English bulldogs helping me leash them so they wouldn't run out of my yard. They asked design questions to make sure it was tiled how I wanted it. The quality of their work is amazing. My shower looks better than I expected. It reminds me of a high-end resort in Acapulco. The workers who built the shower door were also very polite and professional. I will be working with Orion Flooring to tile my living room next.

Bam! They did it again. I used Orion 3 years ago to buy vinyl plank flooring. Loved it. Great quality and price. This year we remodeled my parents house to make into a rental. I got a GREAT deal on the flooring. I walked in on Tuesday needing to get granite countertops, got another GREAT deal and they are installing today. Another company that quoted me was a month and half out in scheduling. I’m kicking myself for not considering Orion first. They don’t just do flooring. They do it all! Highly recommend Orion. Sam and Matthew are very professional and courteous.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end with Orion flooring. Very professional and experienced business. The manager was great, helped me out so much with choosing the right tile even gave me samples to take home. The whole team was great, I also got my tile installed by Orion flooring. The installers did a fantastic job, I couldn't be more happier. I'm so glad I found this place, very reasonable prices with a huge selection of flooring. I will be doing more bussiness with them as well as recommending there services to anyone I know looking to get there floor done. I've gone all over looking for tile. This place has a great selection without going all the way to Anaheim or LA.

If they don't have what you are looking for in stock, they can get it for you. Reasonable prices and outstanding customer service!!

My project has expanded and twice I have needed more of a tile they don't carry in stock. They bent over backwards to get it the next day both times.

I highly recommend!!

My wife and I found what we wanted and they loaded the materials in my truck with their forklift and also opened the boxes so I could check the product. Actually, some were broken and they replaced them immediately.

I was so happy I just sent my some down there to check on some vanity tops!!!!!

I was having 1000 ft.² of tile put in to my old house. I spent a lot of time looking for the right tile and we found it here at Orion tile. It wasn't cheap but it was a super good value for how amazing the tile is. I found nothing like it. I was planning on having my own guy do the tile, but I decided to go with Sam and his guys at Orion, because I wanted a high-quality install.

Sam had a father and son team of Alfredo and Eddie come to do the tile. I am disabled in a wheelchair but I fully expected to spend a few nights if not more in a hotel while these guys came in and did the job. These guys work with me and allowed me not to have to go to a hotel, only because of their graciousness and mercy.

And the tile was installed perfectly. No shortcuts taken. Not trying to save time by not making fewer cuts. Every piece they laid was a piece of art.

So what I'm saying is Sam will give you amazing Tile and his installers do it right. I felt comfortable leaving them in my house and going away for the day while they work. These guys are now my friends

I would not even give them 1 star. You should respect the purchase of the client. We ordered a marble tile and was given a whole different one. When we went to complain we were told that was the tile then minutes later we are told that the one we wanted was 2 dollars more and if we wanted to return the one that was given to us we would lose 25% of our purchase. Another coworker confirmed that what we were given was not the right purchase. He even gave us a sample of what we ordered and it does not Match. That is the owners mistake not ours. We should be given the tile we asked for. We are note happy at all. Plus the owner yelled and insulted me when de went to complain.
