The store, the employees, and the store managers all get 5 stars. The corporation gets 1 star. There's a new face every month because the low pay forces turnover. I'd love to support my community, but it feels like I'm supporting corporate greed. CTS at Rock Auto is $35, O'Reilly price is $140 and they still can't pay people. The primary benefit of a brick and mortar store is people. As soon as I can build a relationship with an employee, they're gone. Without personal relationships, I'm far better off to order online and save a bunch of money. I hope you improve. I challenge you to disclose the average counter salary of your employees. I'm betting you're not proud of it.

Here's to you, Phillip, Manager of Booneville O'Reillys... AGAIN!!! (He helped me out a couple months ago with battery installation in the rain at my home, see below "Shout Out").

My truck wouldn't start at Booneville Library this morning and I had a load of groceries. Having no one I could call for help, I took a chance and reached out to Phillip. He was there in 10 minutes and got me going. He is such a BLESSING and I just want all to know how lucky we are to have him in our little town!

A great big SHOUT OUT to Phillip, the Manager of Booneville O'Reillys. In my time of need, he drove 30 minutes each way to and from my house today to bring me a car battery...installed it and everything in the pouring RAIN!
