Open Box Appliance is an awesome, family-owned store run by a friendly husband-and-wife team who are always willing to meet your needs.
They offer great prices on appliances and furniture. I bought a fridge from them at half off the current retail price, and they still went out of their way to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Along with a year warranty. Additionally, their growing flea market is full of rare finds and great deals. Highly recommended!

Great people. We came in looking to save money on a wall oven. They had quite a few options and we found one we liked. It had cracked glass on the oven door. They offered to buy and install a new door for us. Honestly can’t beat that customer service and that great of a deal. Saved a ton of money on basically a brand new unit. They made sure we were well taken care of. I would definitely recommend them and will be back to check out what they have for our next appliance/furniture purchase.

If I could I’d put zero to this business and the owner.
In the communication with the owner, there was one lie and accusation to my side without admitting guilt in the problem, which the owner himself did.
Unresponsive, rude, unprofessional and disrespectful way of behavior towards others while communicating. I have no words to describe this person. I was offended by swear words by the owner which he was addressing me.
He stated fake information about his products, and then telling it’s the customers fault. I had a terrible experience there, I will never come back and will never recommend this company.
This company will simply waste your time and money to no avail.
Need this company and owner be banned from doing business with people!

I bought a defective clothes dryer from them. W
hen I purchased this item they told me that they test all of their products and it was OK. I live in an adjoining county and they wanted to charge me an exorbitant 150.00 to deliver it. I had to refuse which meant they had to load it sideways in my SUV. Which when I got home discovered a large dent on the loaded side. This really made me angry. I decided to hook it up anyway. When I turned it on it had a terrible banging noise on the dented side. Upon touching this side it was hot as a skillet. My family and I were afraid of it. I loaded it back up and took it back . After explaining to them the problem I had they refused to take it back and refund my money. I am now having to go through a dispute with my credit card company to try to block this purchase. I suggest buyer beware! This item also had a supposed year warranty on it. Once again buyer beware. So far they have said I could bring it back and trade it for any other dryer but to be honest I do not trust any other product from them. I just want my money back.
