Phenomenal work and quick to respond. Every cushioned area on our boat looks factory new now. There was a small mix up the first time they did the cushions and the only reason I even mention it is to say that not only did they respond immediately to our concern but remedied it within a few days at our convenience. Sometimes small mistakes happen but what counts is how a business responds and I cannot overstate how timely and professional they were. Would recommend and use again next time the Florida weather ravages our cushions. Great work!

I drive by their shop so even though they specialize in marine I went for help with 6 dining room chairs and a bench. Picked out a FABULOUS fabric and got great results at a reasonable price. Very friendly service. Thank you On-Site!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have been through. I submitted a deposit for a 28ft boat cover and was told it would take 4-5 weeks. After 2 months I was told it would be ready in another 2 weeks. After that they told me it would be ready in a week which went on for 4 months. Ultimately they said they can't do it after waiting for 4 months. I highly recommend using another company.

Good luck getting these people on the phone! Tentatively had a canvas job scheduled with them that's been on the books for several weeks. Have called and called to confirm - texted - emailed and they havent returned any communication at all. How these guys stay in business is beyond me but I cant recommend them and I wouldnt use them for anything - ever. Further, the price they quoted me was a full $2000 higher than what I actually paid. So basically if you decide to try using this company you’re going to pay extra to get ripped off. STAY AWAY!!!
