Mike and his guys saved the day. Our septic had issues on a Sunday after our tank alarm failed to warn us so we could have dealt with the issue during the week(always a dang weekend, right?), Mike was able to come out and do an emergency temporary repair to get us straightened out. His guys came the very next morning and got everything sorted. This isn't the first time we've used On Deck. They also plumbed our new build home-flawlessly and in record time to keep our build on schedule.

Called On Deck around 10:30 in the morning with a leak in our main water line. Initially letting me know it could be next day, they ended up working me in around 2pm. They were quick and efficient with repairs and my water was back on before 4pm

I received an estimate for some plumbing with this company. I agreed to the price and I asked for the License information so I could submit to the county and they gave me the wrong License number. The following week we got on the same page on the License number shortly after the call ended I received another call by the sub contractor that the price will be a different price and gave me excuses on why. Then send me quote for double the price from the first estimate. These people wasted my time, and even had me submitting the wrong License information to the county.

I had an emergency with a broken pipe under the house. I called another plumber that I had seen advertising for. They gave a a quote for +$4000.more and couldn’t get to it for over a week. Meanwhile we don’t have any water so would have had to go to a motel. They also said that they couldn’t guarantee they wouldn’t damage tile and flooring.
Ondeck Plumbing was suggested by an interior designer friend we have, and it is the best recommendation we have ever had. They only turned off the water for one day I can’t even see where they came into the house with the piping and they did it rapidly And cleanly. When the inspector came to inspect the property, he said he knew he wouldn’t have any problems with the inspection because of the fact that on that On deck Plumbing had done it.

After several failed attempts and another company coming out... I reached out to OnDeck Plumbing. They were there on time, were able to detect all the issues, and corrected everything that day (having to return later that evening to complete one issue). They were very professional, focused on the issue, knowledgeable of everything that was needed to repair and had all the tools on site to fix everything. After the repairs, they cleaned up everything, leaving no mess at all behind. I started my morning with an upstairs shower working, and ended my day with two fully functioning bathrooms and kitchen. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the professionalism they show and amazing service they provide!

Woke up this morning and had no hot water. After calling several other plumbers, On Deck was able to send somebody out today, diagnose and fix the hot water heater. Very good communication and the tech arrived on time and the whole job was completed within an hour. I definitely recommend On Deck Plumbing and will use them for any future plumbing needs.
