terrible communication in all cases. I search to replace a damaged video monitor for one of our existing tile systems in a commercial application. found it listed online with office wonderland. I emailed them and confirmed it was for sale and new, as well as in stock. Placed order, $4,200, and......crickets. For weeks. follow up after follow up to nothing. Now to only receive a notice via email that the unit was not in working order.....Now i get to chase them for the refund. Reading others reviews, seems to be hit or miss here. I'd shop elsewhere.

Honestly I was a little nervous about this purchase. After all these were items from a business I have never used before. They haven't been manufactured for years though and were out of stock virtually everywhere else except for one vendor on Amazon who wanted nearly twice the price. I did some research and others seemed to have good results using this business though. Sometimes it pays off to take a risk. Very happy with my purchase. I actually didn't mind that there was still a little dust on the outside of the shrink wrap of these items still in their original factory sealed boxes. Confirmed my suspicion that I'd lucked into these gems that had been sitting on a shelf somewhere. I imagine others probably thought this sounded too good to be true. I mean buying audio gear from a place called "Office Wonderland"? Really, who knew?! So I figure I should pay it forward sharing my positive experience in case anyone else is on the fence about making a purchase like I was.

Took me a full day to get ahold of someone as I was waiting for a tracking order request since it was already 2 months overdue. The manager, Richard, then told me it was sent to their warehouse and they would ship it out. I was expecting tracking information today but instead they cancelled my order through an email. I have waited a total of 3 months and got ghosted and ended up without my product.

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE THROUGH THEM AGAIN.
