Usually get in and out of here quickly. Store is well laid out and staff is friendly and helpful, though occasionally I get helped by a pushy sales person type that doesn't understand what being on a budget means. Aside from that, I like this place.

Best service ever! I was in a rush today and called for my item of ink. The gentleman on the phone was so kind and sweet, saved it for me at the front desk when I came in. When I got in and the sweetest lady was having such a fun time with job. And offered me to sign up for discount and give me the best deal that have on hand. I love them! Please keep up the great work and I appreciate the effort you guys had put in ✨ will be visiting again very soon ?

This Longmont store is well stocked and has decent prices. Like getting rewards for returning empty cartridges. Use tons of ink so it adds up. Whenever ordering anything online, I don't have to wait a long time to pick items up at the store and there is someone to assist loading items in the car. All of their staff have been super friendly and very professional through out the many years I have been a customer. I always have a positive experience. I highly recommend OfficeMax.

Everyone that works at the store is very friendly and helpful. I always find what I need there. Sometimes they are short staffed though like the day there was nobody available to do it a print/copying job for me.

This Office Max is like a ghost town. They need knowledgeable sales associates. The few employees that were there, were huddled talking together chatting it up. Never once asked if I or anyone else needed assistance etc. Also, as a small business owner and spending a healthy amount on their merchandise, OM needs to simply their rewards program and cut out the red tape. There’s very little incentive to be a rewards member.
