Sorry, my customer was unhappy with my pricing. But the increase was due to replacing The molded worn out foam on a 6ft by 8ft lounge cushion. Pic of old foam and pic of new product. Customer was rude and very aggressive.

Brought boat by for estimate for cushion and cover. Spoke with Terry on phone and said I'd be down shortly. When I arrived, Terry was gone and told he'd be back in 30 min. Came back in hr. and no Terry. 2nice young men cane out took measurements and info . Stated someone wouldget back to me shortly. 2 weeks nothing.
Seems to be a reoccurring problem at At OU&C. A shame a company doing good work treats customers that.

One of the worst business’s I’ve seen.
I asked for a quote on some things and I called 2 weeks later to hear about an update. They said they are working on a quote and will get back to me. I called again 2 weeks later. Nothing. I call 2 months later and they don’t pick up. Crazy I’m willing to pay money for them and their communication is far below awful. They do good work but just terrible to communicate with.
