Only been in here a few times but I only go because the sophomoric staff at Loews is too much for me. I've tried to explain this to who I assumed was the owner of this store in the past, but he only made a point of telling me he wasn't the owner(?). Saw him again today and as always, he didn't LISTEN to a word I asked, but answered with a fake concerned look and a firm "NO". Tired, I started looking around for LITERALLY A MINUTE (in stagnant HEAT bcuz no air con... in a store that probably literally sells every single part to buid an air con from scratch... separately lol!(They DO have everything) BUT OF COURSE I found what I needed! Instead of getting upset, I asked the man why he would answer me with a solid "NO", after I went out of my way to go there, instead of their behemoth rival down the street. Just then, a smart gen x came out from behind this bullish AND mulish man, and even though he read off answers that sounded scripted, he found it hard to do with a straight face, UNLIKE HIS ELDER(thank goodness!). I'm going to give this place one more try the NEXT time I need hardware .(three one star visits filled with future hope=3stars), THIS time, the point I made was valid: Online advertised higher quality AND less expensive AND delivered to my door. But the ONLY reason I'm going back to this store is to see how the younger generation saves this place. Cuz I know who isn't saving it.

I couldn’t find a specific size of T Nut at Lowe’s yesterday but this store had it. Much cheaper price. It’s a great store as long as you know what you want. We showed a picture of T Nut that I was looking for.

Awesome little mom and pop hardware store. They have a ton of miscellaneous items, tools and supplies, they probably have what you’re looking for. I’d rather come here and support a local spot for my projects
