One of the most frustrating experiences with any merchant I have had. We ordered a bench in July, 2024 and was promised delivery by the end of the month. When we didn't hear from them by the beginning of August we called and were told that they forgot to place the order. We were told it would 4-6 weeks for delivery. By mid-October we called again and were assured it would be another few weeks. Fast forward to February, 2025 and we still have no bench. We have asked for a refund and will never do business with this company again. I advise anyone thinking about using them to seriously reconsider.

Honestly the best furniture I've every bought. If you're looking for fair priced Amish furniture then look no further. I met the owner, Bill and he was very helpful and professional. Together we drafted a custom entertainment center design and it came out exactly as it was drawn. The level of customization and quality is unrivaled. And the furniture is not much more than what you'd find at your typical furniture store. I strongly advise stopping by, you won't regret it.

Hi, This is our second purchase with Oak Emporium. While the first visit was exceptional (we bought a floor model) and we love the dining room china cabinet, the second experience ordering furniture to be made and delivered has been a nightmare. We ordered the furniture at the beginning of Dec 2023 and were told it should be shipped out by the end of January. It wasn't and we didn't receive any communication from the store. My husband called in Feb and was told they would check on it and call back. They never called back. My husband called again in March. Again, we were told they would check on it and call us back. We never received a call back. I think we have been pretty accommodating and patient, especially with the lack of communication. I called two weeks ago, it is now April, and I spoke with a Bryan Fisher, who actually asked me if I knew that the Amish didn't have phones. Of course I knew that. That's why we were buying them from your store because of their craftsmanship. However, he meant that to tell me that they have no way of contacting anyone. Really? Then he amended that they could send a fax and send a courier. Then he realized that we are going on almost 6 months waiting for this furniture and it should have taken at most 4 months. Guess what he does? He says he will check on it and call me back next Tuesday. Guess what happens? He doesn't call. It's now been another week and this past Tuesday was what Bryan said would be the absolute latest that we would get our furniture. He didn't call. I am not surprised. So I will be calling my credit card company and stopping payment because I don't have my furniture after nearly 6 months and we have tried multiple times to communicate with the company. So, word of advice: only buy a floor model. Don't order anything that will be made and shipped. You will never see it.

In late January 2014, we ordered 2 pieces of furniture from them that were to be built by an Ohio maker. We were told 3-4 months. It is now late July 2024 and they can’t tell us anything. We call them weekly and they promise to call back the next day and never do. What a joke.

Do not buy anything from them.
