My husband and I went to Now Furnishings for a very specific chair. We were greeted right away by Cheryl. Cheryl was very knowledgeable in the product we were looking for and walked us through every size, model and option so we could make the right choice as far as which one to get. There were multiple problems with items we ordered. The first was a small table that was assembled by the salesman. We got it home to discover that it wobbled b/c the base was warped. The second item was a desk chair. The salesman rolled it across the dirty warehouse floor, so the wheels had to be cleaned when we arrived home. He loaded it into the back of our car with no protection, stating that they were out of protective wrap. The third item was special order cabinet which took 6 wks to arrive. The salesman placed it on a dolly without protection and it was badly scratched. It took another 4+ wks to re-order and was delivered to our home scratched. The salesman said the owner would call us but he never did. We will not do business there again.

We have been a repeat customer for over ten years.
They have a great display of cool modern furniture that you won't find at the cheap chain stores (Bob's, etc.).
Great selection, the sales associates are not pushy or commission hungry.
The quality is great and the prices are very fair.
Even better, you can opt to save on delivery and pick up the items yourself!
We will be back again and again.

The only true modern/ contemporary furniture destination for me. World modern creative design at its best, with abundance of designers, colors, shapes and tones to choose from. Customer service is phenomenal and both service and plethoras if furniture solutions, I feel like visiting a design studio in Europe.

This is a large warehouse of modern furniture for every room in the house including office furniture as well as lighting. Also some decorative pieces found throughout. Now Furnishings! carriers a very large if not complete selection of Stressless recliners by Eckornes. Pricing is fair for the style & brands carried. The staff is helpful and allows you to browse without many interruptions. It is cool so keep your coat on. Also set far back from the road so slow as you approach. This hidden hem is definitely the place to visit this side of CT for modern furniture.

Do not agree with real expensive. They worked tireless with me to make sure I purchased the right size and dimensions I needed for a chess table. Not a high price item , they did not care they treated me like I was purchasing a high priced item. Best quality customer service in the area!
