Eileen - the woman, the myth, the legend!

What a phenomenal seamstress she is! We desperately needed help adding zippers to our loveseat cushions as our cat claimed it for herself. I wanted to be able to throw them in the wash as needed. Eileen is immensely talented at her craft and was able to stitch a pillow insert cover plus an invisible zipper to one of our cushions as well as some extremely discreet zippers to the two others. Her rate is very reasonable and all was said and done in a single week. Eileen is a great communicator and extremely professional. She is both thoughtful and savvy; one of our cushions had a black mark from the car interior during transport so she flipped it inside out and restitched the entire thing to hide the mark in case it wouldn't lift in the wash, all while keeping close to her original quote. I was so pleased with what she accomplished that I literally had tears in my eyes when we picked them up. It took us months to find someone who specialized in upholstery and now we finally have our little couch back again. I can't even tell you what that means to us. I hope you will support her small woman-owned business and tell her I said hello if you do! Thank you so much, Eileen. So a co-worker told me if I needed to have upholstery done to go through Costco that there was a discount...folks, let me tell you that is a joke - save yourselves time and money and shop local!

I Found New Look Upholstery on Facebook and contacted Eileen. She was professional, responsive and spent as long as I needed to pick the perfect color and fabric for my home. The color was a tough match, but she ensured that it was a match. I was nervous to get the quote but she came in 30% - let me repeat 30% lower!

The time, attention and detail she gave to every aspect of creating these cushions for me was beyond expectations. She worried and questioned herself on things I would not have given a second thought to.

When picking up the cushions I found out that she came in almost another $100 under budget! She is wonderful and I would use her again in a heartbeat.
