Ed and the New Empire Design Team are phenomenal! They took care of a job in our kitchen and we couldn't be happier. Communication was timely and clear. The workers were respectful and kind. They showed up when they said they would, got the job done on time and bonus was Ed showing up to check in and make sure everything was as we wanted. Amazing next level service and qualify work. New Empire Design Center defies every horror story you’ve heard about working with a contractor on an important remodel like a kitchen. Ed and Omar, the two owners, treat each customer like their most important customer and every job like the most important job. I just completed my second project with New Empire. First I will start with Ed, one of the owners. He is so kind and thoughtful and detailed! Next, there is Nell who sets up their projects. She is very communicative and easy to work with. Also, contractors arrive between 8-10am and the project is scheduled all days in a row. All of the contractors from demo, tile, paint, drywall, electrical and plumbing show up on time, work clean and neat, do great work and communicate well. Last but not least, Frankie, who is one of their project managers and oversaw my pantry installation. He was super communicative and went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I cannot say enough great things about this company, and I will recommend them to all my friends and family and will continue to use them for any future projects that I have.

We have used New Empire Interiors for several home bath remodel projects, and we were very pleased with the results in both cases. Omar Wehbe and team were a pleasure to work with, were very organized and consistently met their promised timelines and deliverables. The workers showed up on time, performed the expected work, and cleaned up each day. The costs were also clearly explained and detailed, and while not necessarily the cheapest service, they provided a great value for the work performed. We would definitely consider using them for other future remodeling projects and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

We just finished building our custom dream home from the ground up. The entire New Empire team was AMAZING from beginning to end. They helped us with our initial layout/blueprint all the way to the finishing touches in every room. They had incredible customer service and attention to detail throughout the entire process. We used their services, guidance and creativity from designing our space to make it functional yet inviting to the tiny details of choosing colors and textures in every room. The flooring, custom kitchen, bathrooms and mud room displayed remarkable craftsmanship. They really made our vision turn into reality!
