I went into National Appliance Warehouse and work with Heather. She was unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction as I had a tricky situation.

The previous homeowner put a massive fridge in the kitchen that was not only blocking part of a doorway but never really worked all that great but it was massive so the amount storage space was ridiculous. But it started making some weird noises so I figured well enough was enough so I reluctantly decided to get a counter depth fridge.

Heather showed me an LG that had 27cf of space and apparently is the largest amount currently available. It was also only 30" deep with handle vs the old one which was almost 38". Well the Fridge was delivered yesterday. Everything is awesome. I love the fridge and it fits perfectly. I was really concerned about losing space but I actually have more in this fridge than I did with the old one.

Also...can't say enough about the delivery team. Those guys were awesome. They really were probably the best delivery people I've ever dealt with.

They had to completely dismantle the old fridge and even then we had to lift it up and carry it through the pass through I built in the wall between the kitchen and living room.

Polite. Knowledgeable and communicated the entire process from soup to nuts professionally.

10/10 recommend this place if you want to work with an informed professional that actually knows their products and can offer white glove services at best pricing.

I recently purchased all new appliances and my sales associate was Dave Webster. From start to finish Dave was amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable explaining each appliance. The GE Cafe appliances have two different rebates and can be rather confusing
Dave walked me through the whole rebate process as well. My entire National warehouse experience was amazing. I would highly recommend them for appliances.

Remodeling my kitchen and stopped in and talked to Luke. Plan was to purchase a dishwasher and microwave. Purchased well in advance of need, so they held it in warehouse. Two to three weeks later i added on a refrigerator and then the range. All easy transactions with a lot of help with questions and options. I picked up the microwave and dishwasher at the store. Nice gentleman loaded them in my car for me no problems. Yesterday I received delivery of range and Fridge. Ken and Kwan were great, called 15 min before arrival in beginning of delivery window. My house is old and doors are small, they took the time and effort to bring the fridge around the house into a larger door to not risk scratching it. I now have all new kitchen appliances and i love them.

Initial experience went well, price matched a competitive offer and convinced me their install team and service team were better than the rest. This however was not true install team left a mess for us to clean up afterward. I emailed my salesman Marshall mostly to make him aware, he didn’t even respond that’s why they are getting a poor review.

Working with the National Appliance Warehouse team was so enjoyable. The knowledge of the sales team, specifically Heather Miranda, made assessing and choosing the right appliances easy. She worked with my ideas and recommended appliances that fit my aesthetic, and I am very picky 🙂 Throughout the year long process of building my home, Heather was there to share specifications so the measurements of cabinets were on point!

I highly recommend Heather and the whole team at National Appliance Warehouse!

So I walked into the store. Was approached by Steve Sturgill. I have been looking at new washer and dryers online. Alot of youtube videos with reviews. Lead me to the Speed Queen TC5. Anyone reading this review. Buy the speed queen. I know they are expensive, but you get what you pay for. All the others are plastic mickey mouse junk. Speed queen is american made by hard working, Budweiser drinking folks. Since I knew exactly what I wanted. Steve had me in and out of the store in 15min. Great guy.

Now to delivery.... another great experience. The 2 delivery guys. I didnt catch their names. Showed up in the time window. Took my old washer and dryer that i unhooked and had in the driveway waiting for them. They left the new ones in my driveway. I didn't request installation. It's a washer a dryer. We are not putting a man on the moon. You should know how to hook it up. If not, revoke your man card. Overall. NAW was awesome. I will definitely buy from them again. Also don't forget to tip your delivery drivers. They work hard. God Bless America!!!

Worst service ever!!!! Ordered oven weeks ago to be delivered in 1/20 since I was already off work. Received call on Friday that it would be delivered on Monday between 8:30-11:30. I Called them at 11:20 on Monday only to be told that they had canceled all deliveries due to the snow. I can understand that but why did they not call me Delivery was rescheduled for Saturday 1/25. Received message today that it would be delivered between 3:30-6:30. Called the store and explained I was not available after 4. They informed me they have no control over delivery times that even if I scheduled it weeks out I could not select morning or afternoon delivery. I’ll be going back this weekend to get a refund and it will be the last time I walk into that place!!!!!
