I had a stereo installed in my van about a year ago. I told them at some point that I wanted to add speakers to the rear, and to please connect the wires that were already in place. Before I left, I specifically asked again to make sure it got done. Finally got speakers, went to hook them up…no sound. Wires were never hooked up. $300 install and I still have work to do. NOT HAPPY.

Great customer service.
I had two had units replaced and brand new speakers installed on two different vehicles. Every time Jordan gave great advice and offered budget friendly options as well as top of the line available products without trying to upsell. Clearly explaining what would work well or better, taking into account my individual preferences as well as the vehicle’s set up.

Reasonable rates and knowledgeable staff. They were able to fix one of my work trucks that had damage to the wiring. They fixed it and installed a new stereo to line up with my backup camera and speakers. Honest, friendly, and reliable! I definitely recommend Nate's shop.

Don't waste your money. Everything worked on my car when I dropped off. All gauges were dead when I picked up. Never let Jordan touch your vehicle. If you complain it's your fault. Go to Auburn auto tunes. They know what they're doing. And very nice. Not rude like nates.

I got a dash camera installed here. Jordan installed it. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. He even answered some of my questions that I had unrelated to the set up like the laws surrounding dash cams, where the best placement for the camera is, information on why the camera for the interior of the vehicle is important, and how to reformat an SD card. I didn’t shop around so I can’t confirm, but he said he is pricey. At the same time I know he’s doing it right, and I know if there’s an issue he would fix it.

The previous owner of my car had a broken window replaced. However the repair work didn't clean up the broken glass inside the door cavity, the passenger seat cushion also had a seam come unstitched due to threads getting cut from the glass. Nate's Audio and Upholstery gave me an accurate quote and was able to get my car in the next day. The work was complete the same day, and the work done is outstanding! I'll be bringing more things to get reupholstered and to get a backup camera installed. I am very happy with the work that was done. Thank you!!

He may know how to do audio and upholstery, i will never know. But i am sure that he knows how to lose a $15k job and get a bad review in under 5 minutes. Nate needs some social skills.
