Nate did a great job with a variety of projects to help me have an apartment pass a section 8 inspection. He was on time, noticed other things that needed repair. My tenants liked him, and he was reasonably priced. Excellent communication by phone and email. Recommend highly.

Nate really IS great! He came out on time, with everything he needed. Was very respectful of our space and knocked out some lighting/vent installation in a short amount of time. He also let us know when he was out in our area (Mesa) and wanted to know if we had anything else we needed him to do. We asked him to diagnose our outdoor lighting and found the issue and reconnected everything. Great communications and great service! Highly recommend.

I can't speak highly enough about Nate. He came to review the job at hand, gave an agreeable quote, set up day/time and showed up exactly when he said he would. His workmanship was spot on despite the difficult location (ceiling 25ft up), He was very professional and approachable. I will definitely call him with the next project.

Nate came out to replace a couple of wall outlets and did a fantastic job for a very fair price. He was easy going which was nice. Especially when one of the outlets presented some unusual problems.
We plan to hire him again and have recommended him to neighbors. Would highly recommend.
