Received the bouquet of flowers 1 day late as they did not leave the flowers on the actual birthday. No problem but then the flowers arrive and they are missing the main ingredient in what should have been there - the SUNFLOWERS! What reputable florist does not have sunflowers in July ! Publix has sunflowers. If Nancy could not fulfill the order as advertised she should have passed on the order so another florist could do the job as advertised.I called the store this morning so they can make this right and was told that they have the right to substitute … yes but not what makes up the majority of the arrangement . This is just greed on Nancy’s part. There are other florists in the area that could have fulfilled the order as advertised . Nancy’s attempt is on the left. As advertised is on the right

I have been a 10+ year customer of Nancy Flowers and somehow they seem to outdo themselves each and every time!

Nancy's did a bouquet for my wife for Valentine's day, delivered to her work on a Sunday, on time and the quality was simply amazing. Everyone that has seen it has been blown away. Last year I tried one of the big national chains and they no-showed. So glad I went with a trusted local business this year. Highly recommend!

Very, very happy with the flowers I ordered from Nancy’s Flowers!! I used their online service to purchase a bouquet for my parents in honor of their daughter (and my sister) that we lost to cancer recently. Today is her birthday and I wanted some flowers in my sister’s favorite color. The floral arrangement from Nancy’s is stunning, gorgeous, BEAUTIFUL and just what I wanted for my parents. Thank you!

This is overdue but just WOWWW!! I called the same day and needed floral arrangements quickly for my boss. I had 2 beautiful arrangements in 3 hours. Nancy was really fantastic. I couldn’t recommend her any more!!
