Not a budget friendly upholstery place. I wanted to get a quote for a couch cushion which my roommate’s dog destroyed. I brought an identical one and it took OVER A WEEK to get a quote. I had to be the one to follow up. My couch was only $600 and they wanted $250 for the cushion. I said I needed it to be around $130 or less otherwise I will just order online. With their scrap material the best they would do is $200. I ended up walking away. Gave two stars because I’m sure they could have done it, just wish there was a local place for quick affordable fixes when life happens, but unfortunately it’s becoming harder to support local businesses.

My New Old Chair covered my chairs w a very complex pattern of different parrots and flowers. Every “match” was perfectly executed. I could not be more pleased and highly recommend them!

Took my chair in before I noticed the legs needed work done something crewed on the legs when it was in storage .
The lady was so under standing!
it was stripped down so my husband could get to the legs
considering he is a wood worker I'm going to have him fix the legs then take the chair back to let them finish.
I'm so excited I know with out a doubt it is going to be fantastic 😊

If I could give a minus star rating I would. This company was previously located in Dunnellon Fl where I had several oak chairs and barstools recovered. I chose the fabric from a book and was initially happy with their work. They were not cheap but I was assured of quality workmanship,
They have now relocated to South Florida under the same name and ownership. In three short years years the fabric on all chairs has literally disintegrated. I don't know if defective workmanship or fabric and I don't care. I am out the money I paid. If I could attach a photo I would. In general I like to do business with local merchants and do not like to give bad reviews. In this case I have to make an exception, stay away from them.
