Search no more! You will find excellent customer service and fantastic service repair work at Mr. Shoe! John fixed my favorite purse and it was as if it were brand new. He has such a soft-spoken and pleasant demeanor. I drove 30 minutes out of my way and passed two other repair shops to come to see him because he does such fantastic work at very reasonable and fair prices. Thank you for your expertise and customer care, John! I'll certainly be back!

Stopped in today to see about getting a zipper repaired on a shoe. Unfortunately, the cost to replace was more than I paid for the shoes, BUT the gentleman that helped me was the most pleasant and helpful person. So glad I stopped by here to see what my options were. Very professional with me and understood that it was just not worth it to me. Had this been a more expensive shoe, the cost quoted would have been worth it. Will keep Mr. Show in mind for my next needed repair.

You can really feel that they care about their customers satisfaction and that they take great pride in there work. My bag looks brand new again!! I went to almost every shoe repair to fix the straps of on handbag and I was either told “we can’t fix that” or given an outrageous price.
