Poorly trained drivers. Delivered a package to my house. instead of placing box over the fence, the driver opened a closed gate that was chained, entered the property and then wen into the garage to place the package. Not really a problem until the dogs responded like they should with the doors wide open on a nice day. Dogs went after the driver but did not bite him but the driver somehow thought it was our fault after entering a locked property and was rude about it

Do not go here for fingerprints! Mr. Shipper will not even provide a partial refund for the services he says he provided. The employer that needed fingerprints for their employees could not use the fingerprints he took for hundreds of families. I called him and he stated that "500 families" came to him with no complaints. However, the employer that needed the background check for their summer camp was left scrambling to do the fingerprints on their own days before camp started. If Mr. Shipper charged around $86 and 500 families went to him, as he stated, you can do the math and clearly see how much money was made by him. I called him and tried to work out a refund but he was extremely rude. He yelled, spoke over me, and told me I was in the wrong and should ask the employer for the money back. I have never been treated like this as a consumer. However, when I look at his reviews he always responds the same way which is he never takes fault or apologizes. Stay away from this place!

Rodrigo and his wife were absolutely fantastic!! We reserved a Penske moving truck from his location and he was extremely helpful and accommodating! I highly recommend their store for your shipping and traveling needs!

All I can say is stay away from this place to save yourself lots of aggravation. I brought them 2 iron statues to ship to NY and explained that they were very important to me and wanted to make sure that they were packed properly to avoid damage in shipping. The man in the store Bruce was extremely rude, but he assured me that he would use lots of packing materials and wrap the statues for protection. I spoke to him again a few days later to review the costs and reiterate the need to pack them properly (I was charged an additional $60 for boxes and packing materials).
When the boxes arrived in NY, they were crushed and I could feel the statues and bases shaking around in the boxes. I opened the boxes to find that they were simply placed in the box with the minimal bubble wrap I used to transport the statues to the store, and no additional packing was used. The statues were ruined - an arm had broken off one of them, both wooden bases were crushed, they where broken off the bases, and both statues were badly scratched.
I spoke to the owner Surya who apologized and said he would file an insurance claim with UPS. When I finally reached him again after he ignored several calls, I learned that he kept the insurance proceeds to cover the cost of the shipping (and packing) and I would receive nothing, despite they fact that I took additional insurance for the shipment.
Trust me- Mr. Shipper is not a reputable company. You will be sorry if you work with them.

Wow, well what can I say… They professionally packed and shipped my very fragile art piece. I wanted to ship the piece to Europe and they took care of the entire process excellently, making it absolutely hassle free for the customer. My shipment was delivered to the desired address in no time and without any damages during shipping. Mr. Shipper of Delray Beach is a great business. This is the second time that I have used them to ship a painting that I purchased at a nearby auction house. Both experiences were great. They quickly provided me a quote and they picked up the paintings in a timely manner. The price they charged me was much more reasonable than the price I was quoted by the auction's in-house shipper. When my paintings arrived, they were expertly packaged and in perfect condition. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Shipper of Delray Beach! I will definitely use them whenever I need something shipped from their area!

I won a heavy awkward bronze sculpture from an auction house in the area. Unfortunately their recommended shipping companies were either too reluctant or wanted more money to ship this item than I felt was reasonable. Other pack and ship companies that I called where either not capable of handling this kind of item or were very reluctant as well. In fact Rodrigo was recommended to me by another mail service company that couldn't do this kind of work. I don't think I could have found a better person to handle this item. He did such a great job. My sculpture arrived well protected and undamaged. I highly recommend Mr. Shipper to any business or individual looking for a reliable and reasonable source for their shipping needs.
