Mr. Mattress was flexible about dropping off our new mattress when we made our purchase early considering our circumstances. They were courteous with a phone call before delivery. The staff were really nice and professional and put together the bed and explained everything well. Loved our customer service and our product! Great price and we sleep so well! Mr. Mattress experience was fast and informative. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me all the mattresses that met my criteria. He never tried to push me to a more expensive mattress. He gave me the pros and cons of my choices and let me make my own decision. Delivery and take away old mattress saved me so much. Delivery guys were friendly and respectful. Arrived exactly when they told me they would be here. Would definitely recommend Mr. Mattress to friends and family!

Mr. Tim Folmar was so helpful & informative. He is Mr. Mattress! I was undecided about an adjustable frame & he went over all the benefits with me and helped me make a very informed decision. Sold! The owner and his wife helped out tremendously with our search (while we was in store )for a firm mattress.
When we received mattress it was not the same mattress we picked in store. They allowed us to trade in for a more expensive mattress (delivery fee had to be paid) and less than a month , the mattress has sunken on my side . ?

Pleased with our Stearns and foster split king mattress. Seems a little firm but think it will be ok. Love that it is adjustable. The delivery guys were very courteous and efficient.
