My entire experience with Mr Appliance was outstanding. The ease of scheduling and the follow up call was great. The prior days notice of what time window was convenient. The 2 technicians were courteous and polite. They fixed my dryer with knowledge and ease! I highly recommend this company!

Rip off artists!!!

My wife called for a dishwasher repair. We were quoted a price that was less than the cost of a new dishwasher so we said yes. After collecting our money and starting the job, he said he missed quoted us and now it was 40% more than the price of a new dishwasher. We were stuck and had to pay. If I had known this, I would’ve just bought a new dishwasher instead of the repair from the beginning. A couple weeks later the dishwasher broke again and the technician came out and said it was an unrelated issue that would cost approximately 80% of what a new dishwasher would cost. Now we are at the cost of two full brand new dishwasher replacements to repair the old one. The technician admitted that he miss quoted us, and I explained that he is responsible because of that. He refused to take any responsibility or help in anyway. He took advantage of my wife when she was home alone, but this time I was home and would not allow it to continue. I declined the work and then he said I had to pay $138 service fee. Literally a fee to come out and try to scam us again. I called customer service and thankfully they waived the fee but I had to buy a new dishwasher. What kind of good company would charge a customer twice what a new appliance costs to repair the old one without having enough integrity to tell the customer the truth from the beginning. Worst experience ever!

I was shopping around comparing prices of what the service would cost. This was the only company that wasn't transparent about their prices. I honestly felt like they were not interested in helping me because my repair was a small one that probably isn't as profitable, but that's just my opinion.

They incentivize you to use them by saying that they will deduct their $139 diagnostic fee if you use them for the repair... but could not answer if there are repairs that cost less than $139, and if there are could my overall charge be less than $100.
She just said it's a flat rate depending on the repair, but either chose not to reveal that price or was not allowed to tell me the flat rate of the repair I described. So it could have been reasonable or astronomical... there was no way of me discerning and making an educated decision.

The lack of transparency and intentional withholding of information in order to get you to invest your time and money upfront so that you just give into whatever they quote doesn't make me feel good about the integrity of this company. I'm sure they have technicians that know what their doing, but at what cost?

They were the only place that actually got back to me after calling or emailing. They came out within just a few days, sent me a message to show me who my technician was so that way I would be prepared for who was coming to the door, which is a great safety thing to have. Phillip was punctual, friendly, explained everything and was thorough.
I will definitely use them again.

Daniel was so kind, knowledgeable, respectful and professional. Seamless process from start to finish. The text updates with details on when your service provider will be there along with a photo of who to expect will arrive was 10/10. Incredible customer service. Hiring for jobs like this can be hard. I’d highly recommend Mr. Appliance from Northern Colorado to everyone and we will absolutely use them again.

Great to do business with. They scheduled me quickly. The repair tech was professional and knowledgeable. He talked me out of a proactive repair I was considering, saying it might not break so why fix it? The part arrived in 2 days and they scheduled the final visit within 2 days of that. They waive the trip fee if you get a repair done. Finally, an appliance repair company that doesn't fee you to death, schedule you a month out, overcharge, and try to add on services you don't need. I will be Mr. Appliance next time.

These people are quick and very accommodating with their customers. Anthony came and explained the problem with the Maytag washer that I had just purchased. The whole main panel went out after only 2 weeks of owning it and Anthony ordered it and came in and fixed it within a week. These people are great and hopefully Ill never have to do business with Maytag again.
