They responded quickly and James was professional and is always kind. Previously I had had him here to work on our refrigerator and also had a very positive experience. He even flipped the door on the dryer for me after he replaced the heating element on the dryer.

Great company; they were able to schedule a repair to my ice maker a few days after I called. Technician arrived on the day and time he was supposed to and fixed the problem quickly. Their bill was VERY reasonable.

This is the second time they have had to fix my ice maker through Lowes. They didn’t show for the scheduled appt. I understand they can’t guarantee the appt scheduled by Lowes. However, they didn’t even have the courtesy to call! I rearranged my schedule to be at home. This was the case both times. When she finally did call, I asked why I wasn’t contacted. She said, “We are too busy.” We are ALL busy! Whatever happened to customer service? She is just RUDE!

Started out with the tech almost running over my dogs and me on our private road, didn't bother to slow down or stop. By the time I walked back to our house the tech was inside my house! seriously!
He was here maybe 8-10minutes, didn't know you could check out a washing machine so quickly, the last tech was here for 25-30minutes!
Machine still does not work! However, the tech said it was fine....go figure.
Call A&M in GJ - at least they will be polite and try to fix your appliance.

Been trying to get my dishwasher fixed since last August and it is now March. Said they needed to order parts. Parts didn't work, said they would call my warranty place and get it replaced. Never heard back until I called and I was told they closed my case as fixed and now my warranty will NOT fix it because they closed it. Trying to get a call back. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. Unprofessional and do not do what they say they will.

Had a tech come look at my dishwasher, it was leaking underneath and he couldn’t find the leak after looking at it for 10 minutes and said he needed to go talk to his boss, aka his Dad about it and would call me back to come back out to fix it. Never heard back from him again and has been over a week. Would not recommend this company.

Despite being very busy, they came right over and helped me diagnose the issues with my refrigerator.
