They provided transportation from Bridgeport more than an hour away, when I arrive the vehicle was prepped and ready for delivery out front. Could not have had a better experience buying my new Mach E than I did with Adrian and the team at Monaco. We came in on a Saturday morning, drove multiple vehicles (Bronco and Mach E), and the entire time there was absolutely zero pressure and literally every question I asked Adrian knew the answer to. We had been to MANY dealerships in our car search and received a mix of experiences include several disasters. Picking up the car a few days later was quick and easy and everything price wise was exactly what we expected. I would absolutely recommend Adrian and Monaco to anyone and this will be one of our first stops in a few years when we are ready to replace our other vehicle.

Fantastic experience buying my F150 Lightning from Monaco Ford! I really enjoyed working with Adrian who was knowledgeable about electric vehicles, Ford, and automotive in general. I never felt like I was being pressured into anything throughout the experience. I appreciated that a few times (although not many) he admitted he didn’t know the answer to some of my very specific questions and we looked it up together. Many other dealers will pretend they know everything and give bad information in those scenarios. I feel like I got a fair and competitive price as well as a very fair value for my trade. I would recommend this dealer to anyone and would definitely go back in the future.

Jim V, from finance was fantastic. He was super patient with our questions—no question was too small. Also, Jim’s responsiveness was second to none, he got back to us promptly with detailed information. He eliminated the guess work and stress from the finance experience of car buying.

My experience was OK at best, thus the 3 stars. The sales team was fine to work with, but I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted to pursue. I was able to talk them up a bit on my trade in and down a bit on the price of the vehicle. The service team leaves much to be desired. There were a couple accessories included in the purchase of my vehicle that were not installed prior to pick up. I brought the truck back the next week to finish up the installation of bed lights and window deflectors. I dropped the car off on Monday and wasn’t able to pick up until Friday (I’ve had quicker turnarounds on transmission replacements in the past). They didn’t install the window deflectors correctly and installation of the bed lights caused another set of lights to fail. When I finally got the truck back, I was less than impressed. I didn’t even bother trying to get these issues fixed, as I figured I can live with these mistakes and if bright back they might mess something more serious up. With that said, I’m happy with the truck overall. I probably would not recommend going out of your way to do business here, but it’s worthwhile if they have a specific vehicle in stock that you are interested in.
Sales = OK, no problems to deal with.
Service = bunch of slow bozos, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Sales AWESOME ... CAM was great .... THEN !!!! I bought a brand new 2024 Mach E gt last month 11/15/24 and it's been serviced twice most recently they've had it for over a week... no updates on what's wrong or how long they'll have my NEW car .... I hope this isn't normal practice.
