Friendly salesperson and made sure we knew prices and availability. I bought the bed and in one day it was delivered to how nice. The other furniture place in town had to order and a 14 day wait. So love Mom's.

The sales person followed us around, which I don't like. I tried to gently persuade her we'd find her if we needed anything, but she stuck with us for most of the time. She couldn't answer the one question we had. Instead she said come back in 2 days to talk to someone who knows what items are available. I don't know how anyone expects to make a sale when they don't know the merchandise.
The prices were higher than other places. The layout of the store is odd, nothing is together. To look at couches we had to wander through the whole place and in to different rooms. There is almost no identifying information on the furniture. I could find a brand on only a few items and a hand written price, but nothing that identified the furniture so I could look up reviews online.
It's a locally owned place, which I prefer to shop at, but we left and went somewhere else because the experience just wasn't very good.

We bought carpet from Mom's and had the best experience. Nicki and Christine were both professional and communicative at each step of the way, from picking, purchasing to installation date. Mike, their installer did an awesome job during the installation. Highly recommend!!

I bought an item online that said I could pick it up. When I went to the store I was told the owner was on a camping trip and wouldnt be back until Monday. Because of this they had no access to any inventory. (This was a Thursday). Today is Monday I called at 10:30 to get an update and was told the owner wasnt in yet. It is now TUESDAY with zero contact or resolution. I have no idea where my item is or if anyone even knows Im looking for it. Staff I spoke to was nice.

We went into Moms Furniture looking for a kids dresser and a couple lamps. Came out with not only a dresser but with two free lamps. I actually left there in shock, especially during this time of pandemic and civil unrest-with all the shut downs. Prices are so inflated. All I can say is I left with an extremely thankful heart. I know it hasn’t been easy on any business owner; especially the little man. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced something like that. That is being on the receiving end of it all. It was touching and I actually shed a tear or two when I got into the truck. Thank you ladies for going above and beyond-I know you didn’t have to.
