We found a great dining and chairs at Modani at good price (were looking for them for a year). Everything was delivered quick and on time. One of the chairs had a small defect. After contacting their support Gary helped us quickly resolve the issue to our satisfaction. Good products, honest and quality installers, great customer service!

Modani is a great store with high quality furniture. We bought a dining room set and two lounge chairs and had to return the lounge chairs because we didn’t like the color once it came to our house. It didn’t match our furniture. I immediately called Gary at customer service and he made the situation very easy and for me to get back a credit for the lounge chairs.
My husband and I couldn’t believe how easy that made it. The manager (James) is great and definitely knows his product. We will definitely go back to Modani for additional furniture.

This is the worst-made furniture I have ever purchased, and they do not stand behind their products. They are rude when you report a defective piece and unwilling to resolve the issue. I highly recommend avoiding this store and shopping at Modloft or City instead.

Arrived at the store on Sunday and was interested in 2 nightstands it was 4 PM told the lady that I wanted to go home and make sure they fit and looked right and that I would be back before 6 o'clock.
Arrived back at 5:30 PM and I was greeted by another family Waiting to get in. To our surprise the door was locked and all the lights were off and no cars out front other than mine and the other family. There is no note on the door. This is just so unprosessional and rude they are supposed to be open until 6 PM.

I had the pleasure of visiting the store recently and was thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Susanna and James. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and made my experience truly enjoyable. The store itself is amazing, with a fantastic selection of products and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

However, I do want to mention that I tried ordering online a few days before my visit, but unfortunately, the website didn’t work. It's a shame because the in-store experience was so positive, and it would be great if the online shopping experience matched that.

Overall, a big thank you to Susanna and James for their excellent service. I’ll definitely be back!

Do NOT do business here, we bought a couch through sarah buttles here, she told us the warranty you buy on the couch through Uniters is good for 3 years and will cover any issue with the furniture. Our couch started having snags come off, discoloration, and fabric fall apart. When we filed the claim, they denied it. It's all a scam. Do not give sarah, modani, or uniters your money.

Absolutely nothing mundane about Mondani furniture. Ordering online is easy, Mondani's app is easy to navigate with clear photos & ensemble room pictures for ideas. You will really enjoy their showroom too for design ideas, the feel of the fabrics, and just the beautiful wow! factor. The managers, Susana and James, are superior in using software to help you design and give great advice ! Excellent delivery too from Jose and his team. Professional, punctual, great attention to detail. True white glove service.
