Horrible, cheap products. We were so excited to have found this place with reasonably priced, modern furniture, but it is horrible quality. We bought a white desk chair and the Florinda motorized dining table. The desk chair became discolored immediately after sitting in it with a dark shirt and pants, and it is just trash now. The dining table pedestal immediately rusted. A dining table - the one piece of furniture that would require regular cleanings. We tried to have the table replaced, but Modani says we they aren't liable and the insurance that we bought apparently only covers if a piece of furniture actually breaks in some way. Never mind the multi-thousand dollar piece became unsightly instantly, just like the shoddy desk chair. Awful products, awful service. Don't buy anything here.

Edit after Response from the owner: In case anyone is wondering, we gave them ample opportunities to 'make it right' prior to posting this review. They did nothing repeatedly and in fact were difficult to get a hold of. Don't believe that anything will come of those empty words.

Great shopping experience and love their furniture designs. We had a small issue with one of the items and both the Sales Associate (Cameron) and Customer Service Rep (Gary) jumped in and processed our claim in a very expedited manner. There are times where hiccups happen in every business but it is great to know that the Modani team is ready to stand up and provide quality service to keep their customers satisfied. Great job Cameron and Gary!

Buyers beware - they do not honor warranty claims.

We purchased a full sectional from Modani at the beginning to February 2023. A couple of months after our purchase, we went to wash the outer seat cushion covers and found that the inner cushion seam was starting to unravel and feathers were falling out. After several back and forth claims between the local store and the extended warranty service, the repair claim was denied by Modani’s upper management because the manufacturer can’t tell if it’s a manufacturer's defect or not. There is no damage anywhere on the outer cover, solely the seam of the inner cushion and you can see where the seam is simply unraveling because it was poorly sewn together. We’ve been told to either wait until after 1 year of delivery (even though the policy states that all claims must be filed within 30 days of discovery) or try to file with United as damage we caused (we did not cause the damage and our policy does not cover normal wear and tear).

So we are being left with no actual solution to a simple issue that Modani assured us would be easily covered when we made our purchase. All we want is for the seam to be repaired and all they want is for us to go away quietly.

Gary is great he contacted me right away regarding my TV Stand missing 4 screws said they would be sent to me and would have them in 2 days. He answered all my questions and concern immediately. He also told me someone would be in touch to assemble tv stand. He is the best.

Terrible customer service. I purchased what I thought was a modern bedroom set. When the delivery people came, they were unable to get the dresser into my bedroom. So we told them to try taking it through the lanai but they said they would not carry it off the sidewalk unless we signed a release stipulating they would not be responsible for damage to the furniture or my condo. We said no - after paying for "white glove delivery" and paying a lot of money for the furniture that was not appropriate. Later they came back to make another attempt at delivery. Their instructions were to unbox the dresser and see if they could get it into the bedroom. The delivery guys refused to even take it off the truck till we signed another release of liability. Again, not appropriate so we refused to sign. We requested a refund but we were only refunded the cost of the furniture and despite making an attempt to get a refund for the delivery fee, they refused. Totally unfair. In effect, I had to pay a penalty because their delivery people could NOT deliver their furniture. Not our fault and now I am down over $200 for their lack of delivery. I also went without any furniture for over a month.

I recently purchased two sofas and a mirror from Modani at the Town Center. I am thrilled with the purchases. The entire experience was wonderful. Mya and Cameron are so knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this store - a terrific place to shop and buy quality furniture.

My wife and I have bought Modani furniture for 3 homes. We have always liked the design of their pieces and have continued to go back each time we buy a new home. We recently moved to Jax and wanted to buy 2 additional pieces for a sofa we were moving from our South Florida home (the great room in our Jax house is much larger). My wife specifically asked the rep, Mya, if the sofa has changed in design since we bought the sofa 2 years ago to ensure it matched. Mya assured her the 2 pieces would match our original purchase and that nothing had changed. The pieces were delivered to our Jax home and a month later we moved to Jax. We immediately realized once the pieces were together that the design had changed with new stitching....making the pieces not match. We contacted Modani expecting that they would take the pieces back without a problem since they had made a mistake. They admitted the design had changed and we were given the wrong information and said the return wouldn't be a problem. We then got a call from "Gary" the warehouse manager who said we would be charged a 35% 'restocking fee' PLUS $129 pickup fee because it was over 30 days from delivery. After numerous calls and assurances they 'would make this right', they just told us it's their "policy" and can't be changed. Shocked is the only word that describe how I felt to learn a company would make a mistake and force a loyal, returning customer to pay for their mistake. The only mistake we made was ordering the pieces too early. Needless to say, we will never be returning to Modani and would warn anyone to get what a representative tells you in writing and be VERY CAREFUL ordering from them....if not avoiding them altogether. They obviously don't value loyal customers. You can see the new stitching in the pictures....

*Had to edit after Modani did call and gave us a refund which we appreciate. We would have appreciated it more had we not had to go through 2 weeks of wasted time. But we have decided that we would purchase furniture there again but will ensure to get any communication in writing. **
