Visiting the Minotti Miami showroom was an incredible experience! The moment I walked in, I was struck by the stunning, modern designs and the luxurious atmosphere. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of their way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The attention to detail in each piece of furniture is unmatched, combining elegance with comfort. It truly felt like I was exploring a gallery of contemporary art. I highly recommend Minotti to anyone looking for top-quality, timeless furniture. This is more than just a showroom – it's a design destination!

I purchased $500,000 of list price furniture from Minotti Miami Design District. Upon delivery, one of the white glove delivery men bumped the Jigger coffee table, which hit the Song coffee table thereby damaging both and the porcelain floor.

Instead of replacing the furniture, Minotti shipped two new tops. This took months and months. The Song top arrived defective and now the base of the Jigger was damaged when brought back from their warehouse.

When I reported this to Minotti New York, instead of offering to ship new tables and a partial refund for my inconvenience, they argued with me back and forth insisting that a furniture repair person come and inspect the damage. Mind you this is $20,000 of coffee tables. Since that was Minotti's only offer despite my numerous emails and pleads, I was forced to permit the "independent" repair person to come to my home and inspect the damage. He agreed that the tables would never look new even after the repair. So, finally, after months more of "negotiation", Minotti New York agreed to ship a new Song top and Jigger base - still not completely new, whole coffee tables. This is supposed to arrive in July, one year after the original furniture was delivered! No refund, no further discount, but they did send a token of their appreciation via FedEx - 6 cocktail glasses which arrive shattered in the box. I brought that to their attention and of course that was not replaced.

What happened with the damaged porcelain family room floor you ask? Minotti failed to address that until I brought it up. They made me find a contractor and obtain an estimate for the repair. Luckily, a had extra matching pieces. Minotti sent me a check.

I went with my designer to Minotti because they have a reputation for excellence and beauty. It is beautiful, well made furniture. It should be as it is some of the highest priced furniture on the market.

This experience has been a utter and complete nightmare. My money was not damaged when Minotti received it. So why should I except anything less than the undamaged, pristine pieces that I purchased. Incidentally, Minotti would not deliver one stick of furniture without full payment, so they are completely in the driver seat should anything come in unsatisfactory condition.

I would seriously think twice and iron out terms quite carefully. It goes to show you that no matter what you purchase in this World, the product is only as good as the integrity of the company and their desire for complete excellence, from soup to nuts. Minotti failed miserably. I would give them less than a one if possible.
