Love their customer service , very helpful, understanding , and informative. They really care about my needs as a customer . They took the time to make sure I had picked the very best piece of furniture for my room and living style . I will definitely recommend this store to my family and friends . You don’t really get non pressured customer service anymore , at Minerva’s that is exactly what you get -no high pressure sales . Just friendly sales associates that are interested in your furniture needs .

Best place to get your furniture from I got two couches from here for my living room better than Ashley furniture and lazy boy furniture good for the price and value I needed a couch for my gaming and living room experience I recommend Minerva for everyone don’t trust other expensive furniture store

This is one of my favorite furniture stores to shop in. This is a family owned business and they are always going above and beyond to help you find what you need. Their furniture is so beautiful and very reasonably priced and affordable. They also have a custom couch store around the corner from this business. I highly recommend them to all of my friends and I have been nothing but happy with all of the furniture I’ve purchased over the years.

The first time I came here was about a year ago and I bought a custom couch. It's still in great condition and the staff are super friendly and know what they're talking about. My wife and I came back to buy a bed set and nothing changed. Same great staff and experience. I'm glad to support a great local business that's run by great people.

Just bought a mattress after looking at a dozen places. By far and away they were the most courteous non pushy staff I’ve ever dealt with. A huge 10/10. I would definitely buy from them again for all my furniture needs. A young man and two young women have a bright future running that store or any other. Thanks again

This was the absolutely best furniture shopping experience I have ever had! This family run business is where you need to buy your furniture. They met everyone of ours needs, to include the color, the firmness of the cushions, and the height. The wife and husband running the business are very passionate about satisfying the customer!! We will be going back.

I've shopped here for 30 years~since the other location when mom had the store. I've never been disappointed. If you have a problem with service~ask for help...it's simple. Anyone there is more than happy to help you. They do give you time to look around. When you need help making a choice find a sales person to help. It's mostly family operated. The kids grew up in the store. This is where i get my big pieces and I've never had a problem.
