Bought a GE washer and dryer in 10/33/2023. On 10/03/2024 . Washerstop draining into 12 minutes of wash. Called and technical Dorothy came out, with a helper. Drain pipe need replaced. Replaced the drain pipe. WASHER still not draining. Needs a new mother board. Someone would call in a ouple of days. Thus was 10/21%2024.. No call, I called and ask about the problem, I was told backlog. Now we are into the month of November. Received a call on November12. 2024. Part would be delivered on Nove.ber 25, 2024. I ask if the part could be delivered sooner. No. November 25, 2024. I called to find out what time the technical person would be out to repair the washer. I was told that Dorothy's helper had quite and she could not handle the repair by herself. That the boys Would be out Wednesday, no time given. I think Miller's must have a book of excuses. I have no idea if my washer will ever be fixed. Two months is a long time without a washing machine, that stop washing at 11 months old.

REVIEW EDIT ONLY 2 YEARS LATER- Ok, Im back. Wow. $3,000 later, my refrigerator has broken TWICE. I called, they took FIFTEEN DAYS to get a tech out here to tell me that its a broken part that they cant replace. They then told me about my warranty and thats its been 2 years, so its expired and they cant/ wont do anything for me. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. The gentleman owner, (I think?) then continues to tell me, "Thats just the way things go sometimes" and begins to tell me a story about how his car broke down. HOLY HELL. I genuinely dont care about his car. What an awful company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to STAY AWAY!

FIRST INITIAL REVIEW:
I have very mixed feelings about my experience. Everyone was nice when I spoke with them, although I was not kept updated, did not receive calls back, my refrigerator came in over a month late, and I was given five different delivery dates in total. I understand they are busy and they are probably having the same issues from their distributors/manufacturers, which makes it difficult to keep delivery dates as scheduled. I ordered the refrigerator on January 6th, was given an early March delivery date and didn't actually get the refrigerator until April 30th, only because I followed up (for the 6th time) and had to ask where it was. The only redeeming part of this experience was the delivery/installation crew. They did a wonderful job, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and they listened to me complain when they didn't have to. All in all, I was between 2 stars or 3, all of which go to the delivery/installation crew. Everyone else was nice, but they weren't at all helpful through this whole process. There is no reason that I should have to call 6 times to follow up and not get one apology for their short comings.

Poor delivery service, you are buying a new appliance the minimum is to make sure the appliance is deliver correctly.
Doors have glue, and damage the entrance door of my unit. Never again.

Where's the zero star rating?
Tldr - our dryer broke before Thanksgiving 2023, it took the "tech" 2 trips to troubleshoot the problem, both of which they did not bring the appropriate parts. This company will NEVER follow up with you, communication sucks as many times now we've been told "Someone will show up on x day," only to never hear from them after having cleared the entire day. They've also absconded with one of the main control boards of our dryer, and here we sit in the MIDDLE OF JANUARY 2024, with a still broken dryer.
I generally don't like leaving one star reviews, in fact, most companies I will give the benefit of the doubt and either never post one, or, in the case I did, will remove after some time has passed. Forgive but remember is the motto.
However, I will not subscribe to those same niceties here.
The week before Thanksgiving, my mom, who lives in Meeker, had her dryer break. I did what internet sleuthing I could, and determined it was one of 3 issues; a thermal fuse, or 1 of 2 control boards. The cheapest solution was to try a new fuse, and so we did. We removed and replaced the thermal fuse, and lo the symptoms remained the same. The other 2 boards were 4-500 dollars a piece retail, and I'm not an appliance repairman. So I recommended we should call a professional. I deeply regret this decision, as the number provided for Miller Family Appliance does not call professionals.
The "tech" initially could not make it out until after Thanksgiving of 2023. At the time this was more than agreeable. It was just a dryer, and only a week and a half away, my mom could survive. I described the issue over the phone and told them everything from the symptoms to our own troubleshooting process as well as part #'s/serial #'s.
The "tech" arrived a week and a half later as agreed, but with no parts in hand. They spent a very rushed 15 minutes staring at the dryer(yes they used a multimeter to make sure there was power to the plug, really pulling out all of the stops), wrote the part # of the dryer down, and left, promising to be back the next week. I was not looking forward to having to clear another day to wait, but whatever.
What followed was 2 months of no call/no shows, another trip required for troubleshooting the dryer, me traveling to Craig to pick up the part, only to find out they had ordered the incorrect part. I was also told the owner believes us to be either liars or idiots; and does not trust we really replaced the thermal fuse(why the hell would we lie?), and if we did, did so incorrectly. The "tech" told us this. Not once has the owner bothered with us in these 2 months.
Finally, the worst of all - they removed and replaced the control board which connects to the power cord, only for NOTHING to change, until she removed the OTHER CONTROL BOARD. It has thus been 3 weeks of "we don't have the other board we are ordering it" and "it came but it was broken so we have to reorder it."
The "tech" never attempted to troubleshoot the old board, in spite of me asking to please try the same method she had demonstrated with the new board, and instead we were told it is "probably" both boards.
The "tech" then buttoned up the dryer with the NEW board still inside, absconded with our old board, and has not returned.
This has been one of the most frustrating companies I've ever dealt with.
And have I mentioned how you have to literally babysit them? You have to call CONSTANTLY to make sure you are still on their list for the day, and you'll never know if you actually are on the list until the day of, even if you constantly call and ask/remind.
They will never follow up with you, 0 out of 10, these jabronis suck. Call someone else.

In an effort to support local small businesses we decided to call these folks. At first we were satisfied with the customer care we received but after waiting nearly 6 weeks for our appliances we no long feel we can support this local establishment. We would call and get the run around; promises of delivery and then excuses about why there were delays from the warehouse in Denver. We even offered to pick up the appliances ourselves. Waiting for a final discounted bill we were hounded for a credit card payment. Sadly Miller Family Appliance has some work to do to live up to their website promises..We sure do hope they can find some better help and improve their customer service.

Worst experience ever with Craig Miller family appliance. I have warranty through D&G and they scheduled the appointment for me. 1st appointment Miller never showed, so I called them and they said that no one but me could make the appointment and I told them I had the email to show proof of the service request the lady was overall very unfriendly and unhelpful. I called my warranty company back on a Wednesday and told them what was going on and they said the appointment was made but showed expired, and that yes they had to be the one to make the appointment not me.They made me a new appointment for that Friday I called Miller family appliance friday morning to see if they were going to be coming out they were yet again very rude told me they had just been to meeker Thursday and wouldn't be coming again for 2 weeks and that they didn't have me on the schedule. I called my warranty place back and they said the appointment had expired again which made no sense to them since it was less than 48 hours since it had been placed and showed in their system that Miller family appliance had seen the service request and manipulated the system to cancel my request for service. I will never do business with Miller family appliance. What a joke. I am now without a washing machine for even longer and with a family of 5 we go through a lot of laundry and the laundry mat cost 4.50 for each washer. Money I don't have since my husband was laid off. This whole situation was utterly ridiculous and caused me to have a panic/anxiety attack on top of my other health issues.
