Mike's Vacuum Express has a great selection of vacuum filters, part, and accessories. Mike is very helpful, knowledgeable and trustworthy. If you have any questions about your vacuum call him. I like to buy my vacuum bags, and filters here. It's a good feeling to support local small business. I like to keep my money in our community.

Was told they don’t replace belts for my Bissell carpet cleaner because of problems. I asked if it was difficult and the guy said, oh yeah! I took the belt home and followed the directions and Wala! Easy peasy! I’m a woman btw…. Lol Not a problem at all.

I took my older ProTeam vacuum in for service. While it seemed to have some suction, it was greatly diminished. I was quoted $129.99 to replace filters, brush head, etc. and get it functioning properly. I wasn’t expecting the cost to be that high. Therefore, I brought the vacuum home. I looked up troubleshooting the Proforce vacuum on the Pro-Team website. I discovered there was a significant blockage (bobby-pin, hair, and silk plant leaves) in the lower air duct hose. I followed the instructional online video and cleared the blockage. I also cleaned the motor intake filter as per the video.
I agree that Mike has great expertise and knowledge when it comes to vacuum repair and servicing. I would’ve appreciated being told the problem could be a blockage that was restricting suction, as well as the option to simply clear any blockage and the cost for that.

These guys are on top of it they know their stuff. Had to get a brush roller and belt for my vacuum and he found one that worked. Very friendly very knowledgeable I would highly recommend these guys.

I have been here before to service my beloved Kirby. Not impressed with the customer service. I'd shop elsewhere.
