Either Something wrong with the phone system or representatives simply don’t want to answer calls and hang up. I called several times the Miele Boca center to get info and buy new oven but after first ring they hanged up. Terrible customer experience. I’ll look for another brand.

I recently purchased as home which has a custom built Miele kitchen. First off, the quality of the products is on another level of awesome—that said, it was intimidating to use, clean, etc. Miele has an Experience Center nearby. I scheduled time with Tracy Giles to learn more about the appliances, and she was absolutely amazing!!! Tracy was incredibly patient with my questions and thorough in her explanations. The time spent with her was invaluable, and she gave me the needed information so I can confidently use the appliances.

After my visit, Tracy sent me some cool recipes to try in my combi oven and offered to help with my ice machine set-up. More recently, I had to get Tracy’s assistance with my induction oven. She was so cool and troubleshooted the issue with me via FaceTime. Now that is service on another level!!!!

Thank you, Tracy, for being such a wonderful ambassador for Miele! With Tracy and the Boca Raton Experience Center, you get top notch, high quality service to supplement the Miele products & brand!

Blown away by the level of service every time I come here. The rep I work with (Gili) is knowledgeable and I’ve never feeling pressure to purchase anything.

At this point we have the robot, stick and bag vacuums, you can say we’re Miele household.

Outstanding perfect service . She helped me with my Miele Rebates form since its a pretty tuff thing to get it solved. We do have our self the professional line washer/Dryers and do recommend Miele including Vacuums to our customers. The Boca Miele Showroom is a great place to start with friendly and helpful at any time .
