12/23/2021 Warning: This review will be a long one because I have a lot to say about Mid-Town Radio Disco Mart!

After going to four stores in search of a new fridge but not finding anything close to what I needed, I told my husband that we were out of luck. He told me to call Mid-Town. I had never heard of them before. When I called, a friendly voice (Eunice) answered. I asked about a fridge that I had seen on their online site. She said that they didn't have that one in but she could tell me about the ones that she had coming in and proceeded to do so. Even though it was her day off, Eunice gave me lots of details about the fridge, so much so, that I was convinced that I needed to buy it immediately. She also informed me of their $40 charge to haul away our old fridge. I told her that I'd speak with my husband and I'd call her back. When I called back to let her know that we'd be coming into the store later that day, she offered to create an invoice so that it wouldn't be sold to anyone else before we got there. She assured me that there was no obligation to buy. When we got there, we had already decided that we'd purchase and that we'd pay the $40 to have our old fridge taken away. Eunice was so convincing to my husband and told him he shouldn't pay $40 when bulky pickup would take it for no charge. She even offered to set up the bulky pickup appointment with the City and County so my husband ended up saying yes. Eunice saved us $40! After we paid, she gave us a cute, wrapped mug saying that it was their anniversary gift. We set up the delivery appointment and left the store happy and agreeing with each other that this was wonderful service and an awesome store. I called Eunice a few days before the delivery so that I could be sure that we were prepared to receive our new fridge. She kindly answered all of my questions and reassured me that as long as I had a clear path to the fridge it would be fine. The two delivery men were friendly and got our new fridge in and settled in less than 10 minutes! We were very pleased with the service and care we received, as well as with the fridge we'd purchased. I went in a few weeks later to wander around and see what other products Mid-Town sold. Eunice wasn't in that day but I was immediately greeted by a friendly gentleman who asked if he could help me look for something. When I replied that I was just browsing he said to take my time and offered to answer any questions that I might have. I saw wall clocks, cabinets, bookcases, couches, love seats, beds, refrigerators, ranges, washers, and dryers. Before I left, I ended up chatting with Marge about a musical wall clock that was mesmerizing. I didn't need anything but most definitely, we will shop for our home needs at Mid-Town Radio Disco Mart. I've been telling all my friends about our positive experience. I'm not surprised that they've been in business for over 70 years. Their service is the best we've ever received!

My spouse and I just moved to Waipahu and don’t have our car yet, so we walked to the nearest furniture store. We were immediately greeted with a warm welcome and a smile and walked the floor. Found the couches we wanted, a dresser, and an entertainment center all very reasonably priced. When checking out, Eunice was very friendly, helpful, and thorough with what to expect with delivery. I am more than pleased with the furniture and the staff here! 5 stars isn’t enough to give them. (Picture of the furniture we received!)

Our Maytag washer which is less than a year old (bought in February 2023) has already broken. We had a tech come out with the warranty to fix the initial issue but as soon as they leave, the washer still doesn't work & will not complete a load. So disappointing & frustrated, not happy at all.

This place is wonderful. We had an oven under warranty and it was repaired at no cost. The stove technicians were professional and super friendly.
The staff are always great and easy to talk to.
I love the very cool showroom. Plus it's near Savers, famous noodles and Waipahu Cultural Park.

Upgrading my rating due to the fact that I keep coming back to the store for more. Nice friendly very helpful staff, though sometimes they are busy so you will need to wait a bit. No pressure ever. Large store, but limited appliance brands and floor displays, but most models of appliances can be special ordered, free no obligation price quotes.

Lots of beautiful furniture on display, some really nice pieces. See Eunice for heads up on what is coming or can be special ordered. Looked all around the island for a couch and armchair, came back to Midtown because they had the nicest stuff. Also ordered a dining table and chairs, very pleased. Located in a back road off Farrington highway in Waipahu. Lots of ample free parking.

I have shopped around for appliances and ended up going here. Amazing selection, good prices, informed and personable salespeople. It's kind of out of the way on a small street and definitely worth finding. I have referred others who have also been happy.
