Ryan was great!! Was able to do warranty work on my speedqueen dryer quickly, efficiently, and tolerated my 3,000 questions professionally and very knowledgeable!!! Very refreshing when I haven't had good luck finding people to do projects or home maintenance work lately!!

Called for service on our gas range, quick response. Ryan came out, put in one part and said it needed another part. It has now been over 2 months and nothing has happened. I contacted the CA firm that is the dealer for the range and parts and they said the part is available. Ryan said he has had trouble getting the part. In two months he has responded once via email saying he should have the part in a week that was a month ago. They don't answer their phone or emails. I don't know what their problem is other than the worst customer service ever. I would never recommend them to anyone. We have purchased a new range but won't have it for Thanksgiving. Our non-working range cost $3,000 and now the new one if $3,500. What an incredible waste of money

i've had Ryan out here twice and he has been fantastic. shows up when he says, very friendly and good communicator, came back promptly with the parts and had zero issues. i'm surprised at the other reviews. i couldn't be happier with him. i don't give 5 stars lightly, but he deserves them.

Ryan is the absolute best! Our dishwasher motor died a few days before Thanksgiving but Ryan was able to get the part we needed in a day and come back on Thanksgiving Eve and install it. Much to be thankful for!

I have been waiting a month for my oven door to get fixed. No one calls you when your parts come in. When the parts did come in they were wrong so here I am waiting still... How easy it is to make dinner for your family when you cannot use your oven! IF I ever finally get them to finish what was started I will never use them again and definitely not recommend them to anyone!.
